“Gave blood work this morning. Arrived a little before 11am and was a bit frustrated that the next available appointment was at 1:10pm. Nonetheless, I created the reservations and sat in my car making phone calls until timeframe. I arrived for my appointment at 12:40 and was seen within 5 minutes by Raina. Rainas customer service was exceptional she welcomed me with a smile and was very gentle and respectful.To avoid any issues I can’t stress enough to not use the walk-in option do yourself the favor and reserve ahead of time. (Way too many upset people in the waiting room who didn’t make reservations ahead of time) you can do this online or using the app.”
