We visited this Saturday and Martin treated us so nicely. He was the friendliest person ever. Very thorough and explained with every detail all account benefits. It nice to see bank staff greet customers by name while we waited to see Martin.

This is the worst not to go location. Waisted one hour of my time, and at the end of the day teller is telling me that the manger is not there anymore and nobody else could sign my documents. So why would they make me wait in line for one hour? Why there is nobody working at the check in?
I work with PNC in Hoboken for long time and never had any issues but this experience was just terrible. So much misinformation and very unprofessional.
Never come back here again. Don’t ever go to Yugery is you don’t want to waist your time

Marthin is awesome I can't explain the patience this human has expressed to me. He was WILLING to go above and beyond. I wish I could say the same for the branch in Dover Delaware on Loockerman who just did nothing. Had to travel to West New York NJ to see Marthin and guess what I'm happy he resoiny proyand for that 10 ⭐ for excellent customer service. Talking about raise for hard work give it to him

I have been banking with PNC for over 10 years but this is the first time I write a review. Josefine and Kevin Flores (West New York branch) went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. They were very courteous and genuinely showed interest in assisting me with time sensitive documents I required. I appreciate your professionalism!!!!

This branch deserves zero stars. Do NOT come here unless you speak fluent Spanish. The branch employees, including the manager, are rude and condescending. Their service is deplorable and give preference to Spanish-speaking clients even though there is a blatant line.

Don’t come to this branch for service appointment. They never respect your time and make up all kinds excuses to reschedule your appointment again and again until you gave up dealing with them.
