“We decided it was time for a new mattress. We stopped in at Mattress firm and were greeted by a pleasant sales representative Jordan. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. After about an hour we made an informed decision and purchased a beauty rest mattress and adjustable base. Jordan even worked with us on the price. “My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.
From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.
Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!
Working with Henry was truly a pleasure. He’s a stand-up guy who genuinely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and don’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of every detail so we could focus on preparing for our baby without the stress of coordinating or chasing down updates.

I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME

“Over the years, we have purchased a couch, 4 recliners, end tables and a dining room set from Country Collection Furniture . The furniture is all made in the USA. Quality is excellent. Paul, the owner, is extremely helpful. Delivery was right on schedule. No problems at all. They stand by the products. One of the electric recliners stopped working. Paul came right over ( it was New Years Eve), temporarily fixed it and ordered the new part. I highly recommend them. It’s not discount furniture, but well worth the extra cost.”

She's got a keen eye for quality stuff and it's just fun to walk around and check out all of the interesting and eclectic stuff she finds. Her staff is so friendly and helpful. They shlepped a piano we bought from her all the way around the back yard, in through the patio door because it wouldn't fit through the front door. They really didn't have to do that.
