Poorly run store. I just wanted to return something and ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes. While I waited three others who wanted to return something came in too. Why don’t they have one representative who only handles returns?

They need more staff. When I arrived an employee made me sign a sheet with my name time of arrival and number after waiting for quite a while cliff said who’s next a guy cut the line when I explained I came in first his response was well I just got off break an still proceeded with the customer that came in after me . The sign is sheet I guess is pointless an the customer service was just horrible . I work in customer service . So I know what’s right and what wrong when it comes to giving outstanding customer service. Cliff left a bad impression for this location

Bait and switch! I went to the store on December 6, 2024. Zach and Kim stated that I was eligible for an $800.00 trade in for my phone. I had 30 days to turn in my old phone. I went yesterday (1/3/2025) and was told by Rich that it would only be a $500.00 trade in. I explained that this is not what was offered to me. He stated that was the promotion and I would have to go up toa higher plan in order to be eligible for the $800.00 trade. There is no way I would have agreed to a $500.00 trade in. I have been a customer for 23 years and this is a deal breaker! If the original agreement is not held up, looks like I will be going AT&T. Horrible practices.

Back in the day to return rental equipment you just went in and hand to them. They scan and done. Now, you sign in as a doctors office and wait. Not happy. But this location was very friendly and thorough when my turn. The location was clean and all situated where you can interact with phones, tablets, etc.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. There were six individuals in line, three of whom were elderly and visibly in need of assistance. Unfortunately, we all waited over 45 minutes due to two staff members being on their breaks. When I inquired about the expected wait time, Maria responded by loudly stating that, “there are other places we can all go to be seen,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. The staff exhibited a lack of concern for those waiting, particularly the elderly, and demonstrated poor time management and respect for the customers’ needs!!!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I ordered an iPhone 6 online and was told it was available for express in-store pickup. Upon arrival, I was informed they didn't have the phone in stock. This raises concerns about the store's inventory management. It's possible my phone was sold to another customer instead of being reserved for me, or the store may have falsely marked the phone as available to push additional in-store sales.
When I asked about purchasing the phone at a different location, the store employee was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to assist me further. I was told to cancel the order myself, or wait until the store close. When the order was finally closed and the reason provided for the cancellation was inaccurate, it claimed I didn't pick up the order in time.
I hope Verizon investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to address the questionable business practices of this authorized dealer.

Went to the store to return my cable boxes, walked out what a IPhone 15 and a IPad that was supposed to be free and been paying every month for them. Call customer service they say there is nothing they can do I need to contact the store yea good luck call the store number get someone in India who can’t help and they can’t even get in contact with the store. Multiple messages have been sent from store support to the store to call me back and guess what nobody has….

Service I recieved here was great... but someone needs to tell the staff here to use better Deodorant or something. Anytime I've been in this store it smells like armpits. Like... super musty. Would have given 5 stars if not for that.

Save your time and don’t come here for pickup, drop off, or exchange. They have a skeleton crew and poor management practices. I came in after Verizon customer service ran an “update” on my router that made it run slower than it did when I first called. I’ve now been waiting for about an hour while the greeter Quinn talked, text, and watched TikToks on her phone. I work from home and so I have no option but to wait.
Some unsolicited advice maybe you should have at least one person doing pickups while the rest of the people do phones and activation. It might help with your over hour wait in the middle of the a work day.

I will not be coming back again because my sister and l walked in to take back the TV cables box equipment the young lady to greet us she looked at my sister with a generous smile but she looked at me and intentionally ignored me never judge someone who has a different look in the image of God! Don't ever put someone you don't't't know to humiliate and reject and mistreat and disrespect for no reason! But the nice Verizon employee young man was a nice and patient! Verizon please do better for your customers and people with mental illness are not Contagious you can't catch it by being genuine and kind!

Gregg is an excellent sales associate. This is at least my 2nd time working with him, and I hope to have many more. He is pleasant and kind, and easy to work with!!
