It's my hope that more businesses across America will have employees like Juan, whose presence can significantly enhance customer service standards.

I was at the West Orange store in West Orange and had a problem with sending a file that I just had no skills in sending. In short, I am REALLY techno challenged. Your tech, Mr. Cliff St.Juste was very professional, knowledgeable and nothing short of amazing in getting the file sent by breaking it into sections that I didn't know how to accomplish. Additionally, he took the time to show me how to cut a file into smaller sections. If there is a raise to be had, I highly recommend Mr. Juste for a raise or whatever accommodations you give to your employees who go above and beyond what is required of them.Thank you,Willa PetersonA very satisfied customer because of Mr. St. Juste

verizon make sure that your employees take baths this place smells really bad and the personal service is really slow. I wait for 1 hour just to give the router back and my service was the worst.

Workers sit with the customer like they hanging out talking nonsense instead of finishing with the customer and move to next person waiting forever for a pick up. Totally messed up and they don’t even care. Should be a pick up and drop off worker instead of waiting so dam long.

A Word of WARNING about the Verizon Store on Prospect Ave, in West Orange. I recently went to return my business FIOS Router. I was asked for my Mobile number to verify my identity.I now find that all of my mobile family plan lines have unauthroized upgrades costing another $100/month. This is clearly an internal scam/fraud that is being committed.AVOID THIS VERIZON STORE or go at your own risk. You have been warned by my experience. I did contact Verizon and they will not investigate internal Store Fraud.Whenever you interact with Verizon, check your online account for unauthorized charges.

Horrible, horrible, wait times. Second time I've come to return FIOS equipment, 1st time I left after waiting more than a hour. I've been sitting here for almost an hour again & don't seem anywhere closer to dealing with staff than I was last time. Horrible location in terms of respecting customers (or happily former customers) time.

As of today,(November 18, 2023), I was referred by a great Friend to this location. My salesperson was Mr. Gregg J. . He was very respectful,courteous & most definitely patient with me to transfer my carrier to Verizon. Mr. Gregg J. really “went the extra mile “ so to speak to make sure that I leave this store satisfied with my business. Thanks “a million “ Mr. Gregg J.for taking care of me so well! I would really recommend Mr. Gregg J. without any questions.????

Everyone at this store was amazing. They were able to help me get my new iPhone after having a not so great experience ordering through the Verizon app. They were organized, efficient, nice. Have nothing bad to say I will be coming here for any future purchases.

I would do 0 stars if possible. I walked in on 7/30 to port my number over and open up a single-line plan. I was lied to regarding a promotion, so I came back the next day and returned the phone + closed the plan. To this day, I am being hounded by Verizon about an open account, because the folks at this store don't know how to process a refund correctly. My credit, time, and mental well-being is being impacted by the many mistakes made by this store. If you want you avoid developing stress ulcers. avoid this store like the plague.To the Victra rep who will inevitably respond to a negative review - tell your West Orange store to pickup their phone. They wouldn't, not even for a Verizon Corporate rep, multiple times. I am telling every single person I know that Verizon only provides horrible service. And I'm STILL not done.

It's crazy how you come here to get your sim card replaced and you come out with something different.The SIM card was never replaced the E-SIM was updated which is okay? So the next thing he tells you is that if you like discount, of course you do...He doesn't tell you much. He just asked you for your password on your account...it's ok .After a while the E-SIM was updated everything came out good. So then he say your discount was apply great....So I go home. I log in (VSW) and I look at my document receipt to see and find out that i have a NEW plan wow..I got hotspot, Disney bundle and some apple packages..And I did ask by the way I'm here only just for the Sim card and nothing else...When he did ask me for the password, I told him is there going to be any changes that he said no. So watch out people.
