I originally went in and bought the Advance Paris A12 Classic for my KEF R3 Meta + KC62 setup. After talking with Nick for a few minutes, he suggested the A12 Apex would be a better match for my system.
I went home, thought about it overnight, and came back the next day to upgrade and the process was completely seamless. No pressure, no attitude, just honest advice and great customer service. Honestly… I should’ve listened to Nick the first time ?

“Last week I decided to take a drive from Long Island New York to visit Morts in Levittown and find a vintage treasure ! Well I have to say it was mesmerizing experience I picked up a 1981 Technics turntable that plays amazing and is an exotic display in my home, I also pickup up 2 Klipsch speakers that are better than expected. I am excited for my next trip and purchase the late 1970 receiver of my childhood. Big thanks to you guys”

“Unbelievable service by Warren and his wife. I brought my Denon DRM-740 professional cassette deck in to BCE with issues with right channel. Warren diagnosed it as a cracked board (Monster RCA cables, my bad). He repinned and replaced board and also replaced jack input.Deck sounds like the day I bought it new. “We could not be more pleased with the home security system and the quality of service we received from 360 Tech Solutions. Not knowing exactly what we wanted and not wanting to deal with the cost and entire process of installing a home security system, we put it off for years. Thanks to a referral from a friend, we contacted 360. Within a couple of days John visited our home, explained our options and prepared an extremely reasonable quote for us. We never felt pressured or that we were being oversold during the sales process. The installation technicians, Ryan and Rick, were incredibly professional, efficient and informative. The entire installation process, including monitoring instructions, was completely nonintrusive and took a total of only 4 or 5 hours. “I went to this store since I had an issue whereas I had to go prove my identity to get assistance. After asking them for help they hit a wall as did I on the phone. Tom asked me to call back and lets try to work on it together. After 45 minutes of back and forth Tom had to run (end of day) so he asked if I minded having Jose (Zay) Franco take over. Well he did and after about an hour more he was able to settle all of the issues and I walked away extremely happy. Kudos to these two guy's who didn't shrug me off or run and hide in the back and provided amazing customer satisfaction. These day's it is not often you get this kind of help so I figured I had to let their bosses know... They changed the way I now view T-Mobile that is how customer experience should be! Thanks again you two and keep up the good work it will pay off over time. Best -Mike”
