β24/7/365 is a tough combo to beat when you're desperate for some petrol. It's a gas station so I have no real insights except to say that in one of the last few states where pumping your own gas is illegal, the Valero on Princeton Hightstown Road in West Windsor is clean, well lit and as they used to say in all those old films on Turner Classic Movies, the service is downright "snappy." And considering my car still rolls, I suspect the gas is AOK as well. Five fossil fueled stars. My friend in the Tesla will meet us at the restaurant an hour late as soon as he unplugs. Gotta love New Jersey, the only state where you can blow this months rent on a smartphone betting app, score some prescription weed for your "migraines" but topping off your tank by yourself is considered a bridge too far. I love Trenton.β
βOne of the most honest business owner that I have met. I went for the repair of my car and my car had a bigger issue and was not worth the repair that I was insisting him to do. He could have easily made his money without discouraging me to waste my money but he was being ethical snd honest about his service. Huge respect to Vishaal, the owner. Owners like him have to be respected and supported. All the very best to him...God Bless!!β
βZambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday.
The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street.
After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to.
I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.β

βJerry (Service Advisor) did a phenomenal job! He kept me updated and informed about the progress. He helped me decide on the best service option for my vehicle and was able to complete repair in record time.β
βIt's a Costco thing. You're required to show a membership card when getting gas, not sure if there's a workaround, as a member I don't need to be. If you get there early in the morning, there's almost no line, during the day it can be hit or miss. After 3:00 p.m. be prepared for a wait till the rush is over.β

β6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.
With all the money this location obtains from its customers, they need to look into thisβ

βIf you are looking for an affordable and honest auto repair shop, this is the one. They were recommended by a friend who has used their services for some years. They were able to diagnose and repair truck in a day. Despite, being told they may not get to it until Thursday. Overall a great experience. It is the only place I will take my vehicles moving forward.β

One day I was really down and I was out of gas, while waiting for the fill up, Osvaldo cheered me up with a small conversation, which is nowhere near his job description. Since then, Iβm a regular. I really appreciate his friendliness and kindness.β

βHad my 2009 Toyota repaired by Carlos the new mechanic at LukOil (I used to go to Jeff all of the time but he left.) Carlos did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price, way better than either AAA or the Toyota dealership. Bottom line - if you used to go to Jeff and miss him, you can now go to Carlos - he is excellent (and very friendly BTW).β
βCaught a screw in my tire, and pulled in here. It was Sunday about 5:30 PM. The gas station tech on site was super helpful, and tried to find a tire place that was open, but that was not possible. He helped me make sure my donut spare was properly inflated, and then gave advice about replacing the flat tire. He even helped tighten the lug nuts when I was done. Even checked my oil. He was extremely friendly, and extremely Helpful in calming me down in a stressful situation. If I could give 10 stars to him, I would. Iβm only sorry I didnβt ask his name, so I could give him proper credit.β

βIt was a full service station as are all gas stations in Jersey. You can't pump your own gas, the prices are certainly higher than down south. Please just have cash because credit is of course that much more added to the already high prices. Inside was standard. The clerk was friendly though a little hard to understand. I lived in Jersey for 20+ years and I'm not new to various accents but she was just a touch harder. That said, as I previously stated, she wax very pleasant.β

The management team is equally impressive, always approachable and committed to providing top-notch service. It's clear that Rastall Oil values their customers and takes pride in their work.
