“I recently opened my first business account here and was nervous as finance is not my background. I feel like the stars aligned that day for me to meet Christina (Chris). She is local, her kids went to Cherokee, and she is enthusiastic about helping people start their business! I felt myself relaxing in her office as she went through the process step-by-step and explained it all to me. She put me in touch with someone who is going to help me set up my chip reader and is available to help train me on updates along the way. She introduced me to the teller on that morning and she was just as lovely and kind.
I am a person who values shopping at small businesses and I had a very disappointing attempt to bank at a credit union that I gave multiple chances. I decided I wanted to bank with someone who valued the deposit and trust I was placing in them with my future and how I put food on the table. It was so heartwarming to meet Chris and have someone who understood that. We laughed, we cried, and hugged on the way out like old friends. I'm tearing up writing this and look forward to when I have to stop into the bank next!”

“This isn't about my experience as much as it is about the changes that the levittown branch has made to the interior of their facility. As a disabled American it is very nice to have counters that are made just for the disabled and the ATM as well is much easier to use and more importantly, see. I must also commend you on your customer service. I was recently there to get copes of important papers and instead of seeing me leave and come back, they ask what I needed, took me out of line and put me in contact face to face with one of their customers service reps. You've really made some amazing changes and as a disabled American I want to personally say thank you.”

“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! Shermee was fantastic—after a bit of troubleshooting, she quickly resolved the issue. She is incredibly knowledgeable (with 23 years at Schwab!) and very friendly. “Started going when it was First Federal and I'm still there. When my mom passed away in 2020, they helped my dad and me with getting everything taken care of with the account he and my mom had with them and with getting it where I was on the account to help him with keeping the balance in check and making sure the bills got paid. They also helped me with my own account a few times when my debit card got messed up by getting me a new one rather quickly and then there was that time my card got locked when I tried to use it at a Target in NJ and they were able to resolve the issue over the phone. 10/10...would recommend.”

“Recently opened checking and savings accounts at Citizens online. There is a $400 bonus for direct deposit and debit transactions within 60 days. SSA usually takes more than 60 days, hopefully my pension dept. is faster. The main point of my review is the grrreat customer service I received at Mt Holly NJ Acme branch. Kesha was my teller and it was one of the best transactions I've ever had in any bank. Kesha filled out my direct deposit form in a flash. She is very friendly and super efficient, it's nice to know that I can go to this branch and get the best customer service. Thank You Kesha for a very helpful banking trip! Francis McMaster”
