She always put a smile on everyone’s face and it’s always in Laundromat working so hard to get it clean And she is Always folding every time I go in from beginning to end of me going in she is always cleaning or folding or helping another customer. She is The best worker at super clean laundromat in Willingboro, New Jersey, and I think she deserves more respect”

“Edit: okay so in the moment I may have acted a tad dramatic .. but to be completely honest I was super annoyed & it was a huge inconvenience:. HOWEVER.. since that night I have Stopped in to the laundry depot And I explained what happened and Stacy was wonderful and she helped me rectify the situation quickly and efficiently and was super kind and understanding. So at the end of the day, it wasn’t the end of the world was it annoying yeah it was but there are worse things in life at the end of the day.. and overall aside from that incident I’ve used this place plenty of times and never really had too much of an issue. I mean they could work on The amount of washers/dryers that have issues… but other than that.. if there is an attendant working usually things are okay.. thank you
OK, so I guess it’s a new thing that you’re open 24 hours during the weekend which is fine but if you’re gonna be open 24 hours, you need to have an attendant here because it is now 2 AM and I’m standing here trying to do three loads of laundry, I loaded all my clothing into the washing machine. I poured all of my laundry detergent in. .. I go to load money onto my card and when I do it, the machine just kept circling in then eventually it said aborted, but it took the money from my debit card and it wouldn’t put it on the card so now I have all my clothing in the washing machine I have no money on the card so that I’m not able to start my laundry and there’s no attendant here… Then I tried to call the number that’s on the sign and it says that your mailbox is full and you’re not accepting any voicemails so what is the point of having a phone number to reach out to if no one‘s gonna actually answer it????? And so now what I need to just sit here in my car for the next four or five hours until unattended decides to show up??? Since you just decided to take the money but not actually put it on my card it’s a waste of time. It’s a huge inconvenience and now I have to come back here or I have to sit here all night if you’re gonna be open 24 hours you need to have an attendant here actually working to help customers.”
