“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.”

“Real customer service at the Marlton Store. It is true that stores do not have as many staff as in the past BUT the people they have really go out of their way to help.I did not see something I wanted to buy and, on my way out, was asked if I needed help? I told Denise my problem. She used the radio to ask someone on the receiving dock if it had just been received. It had! Candy brought it up form the back of the store to the check out where I was standing. They were really happy to help me.”

“This location saved my holidays! Obviously are kids have always difficult challenges for me! My daughter like different shoes than me and she always choosing some colors or designs of sneakers what is hard to find in her size??♀️but I did it!! I buy last pair of Jordan1Retro for her and what a surprise when instead paying 140$ we pay 40$ cheaper ? and this store was open till 7pm at Christmas it’s always difficult for me to shop bc I’m delivering for living so thanks to those young people who work there I have some nice sneakers for100$ and I was able shop in dollar store and Marshal on the same shopping center location!! The other snipe location what I like it’s Nottingham way in Hamilton Twp. Right next to Walmart!! The best volume of sneakers and sports clothing it’s just stuff with goodies !! Oh and they have 50% off for some nice Pumas and few other models from other brands ✌?”

“I am happy to say that I have heard from Burlington Corporate again. They are looking into the situation and will keep me posted. That's all I ask for - Corporate to take the time to look into the situation, and they said they are. Thank you very much for your help in this regard.Contacted Burlington at least twice about the fragrance smell in the Toms River, NJ store, opposite Ocean County Mall. They respond by saying they got my email. That's it. They gave me two separate case numbers for one complaint. What is going on here? Get headaches, sneezing attacks and tearing eyes. And, I am not the only one. If I don't get a reasonable response from the company, I will ask the Health Department if the air in that store is healthy. It' s like it is being pumped thru the ventilation system. Very strong smell walking the aisles and not so much at the registers.”

“Kohl's located in Westampton Township, NJ always has nice store associates. A few have been there since the store opened. They are very nice and knowledgeable.IF you are looking for clothing and home goods, it's the place to shop. If the item you are looking for is not on the floor, they will take the time to check if there are more in stock.Very Customer Service driven!”
