“Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. “Thought I needed a new, expensive tire and they ordered it for me. After i dropped my car off they put it on the lift and inspected the tire and decided there was no structural damage and said I didn’t need a new tire after all. “From start to finish I had a great experience with all of the employees at Bimmer Hub. I felt that they recommended repairs based on actual testing and not just assuming its the most common cause of that symptom. Additionally I feel that they recognize the value of their work and the benefit of good costumer service. I didn't feel that they tried to upsell me any necessary repairs and they documented/photographed the reasons behind their recommendations. Also have to find out what car wash they use because I don't think my car has ever been that clean after going through the automatic wash.”
