“We bought 3 cars from them. Had a very good experience with them. Bought a Nissan Rogue, then a Nissan Altima and recently a Lexus rx350. I’ve been going to them for the last 7-8 years. The cars all run beautifully and they helped us out a lot with getting cars for our family. The service was great and quality of cars are also amazing. Highly recommend. “Our experience started off a little stressful because we were told that the van we had reserved might not be available since the previous customer had not returned it yet. Since we were leaving for our trip the next morning, this was definitely concerning!
Thankfully, Ryan the manager, was amazing throughout the whole situation. He was very professional, patient, and genuinely did everything he could to make sure we got the van we had reserved. He kept working on it and made sure everything worked out in the end.
I really appreciate the way Ryan handled the situation. He is a great manager, and his team was also wonderful and helpful. Even though we had a bit of a rough start, they made sure we were taken care of, and we were able to enjoy our trip without any problems.

“I've used Enterprise in the past. They don't work on Sundays and no pick up service. I met with Juan from JMJ today (Sunday morning 10:00 AM) he was very helpful and a perfect gentleman and had all the answers to my questions. The car is beautiful!”
“Friendly & quick service. This was our first time at this particular location — our usual Enterprise is closed on Sundays, so we tried this one instead — and Omar made sure we left happy. Shortly after they closed for the day, we noticed an issue with the car. We didn't think much of it ourselves, but figured we should mention it so it could be addressed before the next renter. When I brought it up, Omar immediately recognized how serious it actually was and thanked me for flagging it. I told him he didn't need to do anything to our account, since we'd already used the car without incident, but he insisted on making things right anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot. We've had consistently good experiences with Enterprise at other locations too, and this one was no exception — Omar in particular was attentive, responsive, and clearly cared that we left satisfied.”

“The staff was amazing extremely helpful. Because of my complete spinal reconstruction I was unable to drive the vehicle and realize this on my way home before I even packed the car to go to the destination I was planning on. I returned the car this morning and was told I would only be charged the $250 for the day and they voided the rest of the contract. I put in the 2.8 gallons of gas it took me to get the car home and back so I returned it on Full. I didn’t realize I would have to lean up on the strain. It was putting on my neck to drive the vehicle that I rented. It was a last-minute rental because I had a family member dying in Atlanta, but unfortunately, I was not able to handle the drive. I know what the holiday weekend coming up the turnover would be crazy fast and I’m sure they had somebody already waiting for this car. It’s my loss and I was hoping to have the car for one full week. This is the first time I have ever driven anything other than my 1996 Chevy Lumina since my surgeries. I did not anticipate how I would feel or the movements I would have to make to accommodate myself. The vehicle itself was beautiful just not right for me. I did start calling at 7 AM this morning was unable to get a hold of anyone and Got there approximately 8:10 AM to return it because I had to wait for a ride home from my older sister. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else though. Sorry I talk text due to my disability, I do hope this comes out correctly. I do thank them for their assistance with this entire matter. “I had a great experience returning my rental car. I was in a stressful situation because I only had about 20 minutes to get to the collision shop before it closed. Even though the rental office was extremely busy, the manager (Kendall) was incredibly kind and made sure one of the employees (Chris) helped me check out right away.
I was then told there were no drivers available to take me to the collision shop, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. The employee who checked in my car went above and beyond by personally driving me there so I could pick up my vehicle before they closed.
The customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the kindness and willingness to help during a stressful moment. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier. Highly recommend!”
“my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. I highly recommended them without any hesitation because they deserve that.”
“I rent from the Union. NJ location on Morris Ave. Brett was great. Got to choose from 3 mid-size SUV's and picked the Hyundai.
Was great on gas, had plenty of room and performed great for my trip from the east coast to the midwest.
When I got back, they gave me a ride back to my place.
