“The absolute best car rental service and I have used many for both business and personal travel. Dom and Cindy go out of their way to have the vehicles ready, CLEANED (Dom was fanatical about cleaning my rental of all visible pollen, disinfecting the interior, etc), and safe for use ahead of pickup. The check in and out process is extremely efficient, demonstrating their understanding that their customers have someplace to be. Highly recommend above all others! “Rahway Enterprise 10/10. I believe names are Brennan and Dan, professional and excellent. Opened the door 20 minutes prior to store opening time to accommodate my early arrival instead of letting me stand out in the cold. I was in a rush to go to a weekend trip, and they gave me free upgrade and got me on the road by 9AM the time they are supposed to open. No hidden charges, no scam, no BS, just did what they said they would do and at a high level.”

“After renting my vehicle I experienced a slow leak in the tire my fourth day of the rental. I was compensated by not filling up the gas tank when I returned the vehicle before my return date. The only reason I didn’t fill the gas tank was I didn’t want the tire to go flat again. Prior to returning the tire was completely flat in my driveway. I contacted the agent and told him I would fill the tire with my air pump at home and then respond the before the air comes back out, to which I did. After returning the vehicle and leaving I kind of felt I could have been compensated by not having to pay for the three days left on my rental. However I am not discouraged and I have been a customer of Enterprise for many years. I will continue to use Enterprise because I am a valued customer and I appreciate any assistance they provided me.”

“I especially appreciated the service provided by Brandon, the onsite representative—his support was excellent. The only area for improvement was regarding the fuel policy. I was informed that the vehicle did not need to be returned with a full tank and that I could refill it to the same level upon return, which was a bit tricky. As a result, I ended up filling the tank completely, leading to unnecessary extra fuel costs for me.
Aside from that, the overall service was great. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise again in the future. I have been renting from your facility for over five years now, which speaks volumes about your service quality. Thank you for the great service ?”

“I came here to do a carco inspection and initially I was intimidated by the amount of activity happening but the gentleman in the front was highly organized and so personable. He made sure to both be efficient vut also took the time to speak to everyone personally. Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a car shop…ever”
“Extremely happy with the car (really nice Nissan Altima), the staff (very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and I'm sorry I forgot your name), the location (walking distance from just about anywhere in Metuchen) and the rates (very reasonable), and I'd definitely recommend!
Just a couple of very minor caveats, nothing that would cost them a star:
1. Online reservation process is a little quirky. Pickup time had to be 10 AM or earlier, otherwise nothing was available. There was no problem with me picking up the car later than 10 when I asked, though.
2. You MUST have your own auto insurance with collision coverage, regardless of whether or not you select CDW.

“I normally don’t do these reviews, but this one is not once, but twice deserved. I’m in NJ working and got a car from Philadelphia airport and needed to extend due to job extensions and now I’m in north jersey and just driving in isn’t a convenience. Corporate budget couldn’t help, other locations hung up, and getting a person on the phone a the Philadelphia airport was impossible.
On a limb and ready to give up, I called this location that had nothing to do with my original booking. Not even a corporate spot.
I’m so happy I did. I was surprised by the first ring pickup and no automation… an actually person, and an amazingly nice and personable one. She helped me and made it painless and I swear I was done in a couple minutes vs the hold time everywhere else. Incredible. I wish I remembered her name.
Fast forward a week later… I need another extension. I call corporate, the airport, etc. no help. Then I remembered the beacon of hope last time. Sure enough, I called and got the same amazing woman that helped me last time. I remembered her, but didn’t expect her to remember me… then she pulled up my name and did. Amazing. She is a self proclaimed “older person” that still holds customer service at a high regard. I travel for work and reach a lot of these hotels and rental agencies, but this one will stick with me forever. She even invited me in for coffee and doughnuts even though I didn’t rent from them.
They can provide a level of service these big corporate locations can’t. I can’t recommended them enough, and will forever use them in the future in this area. I look forward to thanking face to face, but for now I hope this review (a serious rarity for me) will suffice. Your locations yet again restored my faith in customer service and maybe even humans in general haha!
