“I rent from the Union. NJ location on Morris Ave. Brett was great. Got to choose from 3 mid-size SUV's and picked the Hyundai. Was great on gas, had plenty of room and performed great for my trip from the east coast to the midwest. When I got back, they gave me a ride back to my place. Overall a 10/10”

“I have never even been a customer of Clairmont Auto Body but I live close by and my car battery died and Mitch was kind enough to leave the premises and walk to my car, in the rain, and diagnosed my electrical issues. He even came back later with his personal battery charger just to confirm the shops battery charger's readings. I can not say enough nice things about him or Clairmont Auto Body.”

“There is no problem with the Ace/Drivo company, but be aware that they are NOT on airport property. This means you have to take the air train at Newark to P3, then call for the Ace/Drivo shuttle, then the shuttle drives you to their offsite location to get the car. We saved a little money however with my mom in a wheelchair it made for a very long, inconvenient process to and from the actual car pickup/drop off location. If you don’t mind jumping through those hoops, everything else was fine.”

“Frankie for the win!!! I hate using rental cars and I genuinely believe the corporations that run these things are sleezy. After my experience this week I will say Frankie is amazing, so patient and concise with what she knows. I must have called her 12 times over two days and she never gave me an attitude and always explained things to me. If you are going to talk to anyone...talk to Frankie, and if you are in Clifton/Montclair area would 10/10 recommend this specific Hertz”

“Friendly & quick service. This was our first time at this particular location — our usual Enterprise is closed on Sundays, so we tried this one instead — and Omar made sure we left happy. Shortly after they closed for the day, we noticed an issue with the car. We didn't think much of it ourselves, but figured we should mention it so it could be addressed before the next renter. When I brought it up, Omar immediately recognized how serious it actually was and thanked me for flagging it. I told him he didn't need to do anything to our account, since we'd already used the car without incident, but he insisted on making things right anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot. We've had consistently good experiences with Enterprise at other locations too, and this one was no exception — Omar in particular was attentive, responsive, and clearly cared that we left satisfied.”

“I had a great experience returning my rental car. I was in a stressful situation because I only had about 20 minutes to get to the collision shop before it closed. Even though the rental office was extremely busy, the manager (Kendall) was incredibly kind and made sure one of the employees (Chris) helped me check out right away. I was then told there were no drivers available to take me to the collision shop, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. The employee who checked in my car went above and beyond by personally driving me there so I could pick up my vehicle before they closed. The customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the kindness and willingness to help during a stressful moment. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier. Highly recommend!”

“I had a few hiccups (no fault of Avis) trying to rent a vehicle from here but Jason went above and beyond for us!! Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. I will definitely rent from here again and again as their vehicles are clean and reliable and more importantly, they truly care about their customers.”

“I had a great experience at this location, the moment that I walked in I felt welcomed and I appreciate how everyone was friendly. Shout out to Nick and Carmelo for providing excellent service. I appreciate that everyone is knowledgeable about the vehicles and what to expect making the rental process very easy. I also like the options that they had for rentals, the cars are newer end of the year. I think this location has a great staff overall. I find it very convenient that you are able to get picked up from CAR STAR Victory Auto in the event that you need to get your vehicle fixed at the body shop- btw that body shop is also amazing- they do great service. I would definitely come back and rent to this location and recommend anyone in need of a car rental to come here. Below is my picks, both were great.”
