Everyone was so kind and caring at Quest the day I went. I am usually an anxious mess when I have to get my blood drawn but my technician Agnes went above and beyond to make me comfortable and try to distract me from the needle anxiety. Truly one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with blood work!

Receptionist was very rude with people coming asking for help, because them or their doctor didn’t receive the results a month after the test. Instead of just giving her the phone she should call her raised his voice and told her she shouldn’t be here and that her doctor was lying. Everyone was very uncomfortable.

Horrible, rude, inefficient, and completely lacking compassion are the nicest things that could be said about this place. A stick-wielding racoon would be a better option for a medical procedure than ever setting foot here. We should have trusted the other reviews. STAY AWAY!

Very rude staff , I went in asking for a butterfly needle he said we don’t have one you can leave , go and gestured rudely for me to leave . It took me a second to get back to him because I was in shock, then I was like it’s fine I’ll just use the regular needle. I asked what gauge it was he was “it’s the very big one if you don’t like it go go go” and his tone was starting to get aggressive. I got up and left and told him you really should lose the attitude. Never using them again ! Disgusting specially that this is healthcare !

The collection center is chronically understaffed. There aren't enough appointments available. I had an urgent fasting lab order but couldn't get a morning appointment for three days. I had to walk in and ended up delaying the technician's lunch hour. Not fair to a hard-working health care worker.

The lab tech was very stressed out since she was the only one there. She was not in a good mood. She was very professional in taking blood but she was not happy.

My lab tech was fantastic! She was alone and had a waiting room of people but still did not rush and did not panic. She is a true asset to your company. I have had difficult experiences in the past that have almost made me stop coming to Quest, but your tech in Westfield that I met with, has made me want to use Quest again. Thank you!

Alicia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was EXCELLENT! She is very caring and went out of her way to make sure that I felt OK after she took my bloodwork. She was also quick and efficient with taking my blood, even though I had a lot of blood samples to give. Alicia is amazing! ?

Only giving two stars (and not one) because I was in and out in about 25 minutes. The receptionist was beyond rude. She was also the person doing my blood draw. The floor in the patient room was very dirty. Skip this location DEFINITELY.

Horrible experience. Neither of the two people working were able to draw blood even after I informed them of my challenges. Was told to drink more water although I consumed at least 24 ounces. Going back to Labcorp.

These screwballs who work here do not know what they're doing. They drew the blood but somehow the blood didn't make it to the lab, causing us to have to redraw the blood again elsewhere, because I would never trust this place again. They need to shut this place down.

Within 10 minutes after my appointment the site of the blood draw was swollen. it became worst with pain and then became black and blue. The black and blue area is aporox 4" x 4". It has been 5 days since the appointment and it has not gone away. I would not recommend anyone use the Westfield, NJ location. I have not been able to reach anyone at Quest about this. This is an impersonal experience. I will never use them again.

I was a walk in. The receptionist is very sweet and was very accommodating to fit me in. The phlebotomist was excellent barely felt anything. I would not hesitate to go back to have any lab work done

After showing up 5 times "my Doctor's fault "quest went the extra mile to get my blood test expedited. And could not have been any sweeter.thank you so much
