They worked with me to understand what was available and I left the store with two jerseys which were on the sale rack. Got players names pressed on both - ready in 30 minutes around a store with customers. When asking about one product, the staff was honest about the price and gave me options to look for if I didn't want to spend that much.”

“My husband & son went into universal lacrosse today to purchase some practice balls. They met Kristien, he was awesome. He put new shooting strings on my sons stick and also took the time to teach the both of them how to string up the stick themselves.
