“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”

“Great. I brought a diecast model tram on the internet but got sent something modify with a motor and gauge I was not familiar with. Took it to the Model Railroad Shop and they help me find tracks and power supply to run the model tram.”

“This is a great store. It has an excellent selection of toys and gifts, including many educational items and old-school board games. Moreover, the customer service is fantastic, as the store is well-staffed and the employees are helpful at steering customers in the right direction when buying presents. The free wrapping is an added bonus and is greatly appreciated!”
“Nick the store owner is a reputable man he knows his stuff and has the best trade in prices around. Pete brings a friendly feel to the shop. It's a great place to hang out battle pokemon or whatever you are into he has a bunch of tables to play at. “I can't stress enough how we need to support local toy stores like Jabberwocky. Nothing beats walking into a toy store and feeling the items on hand. Yes it may be cheaper on Amazon but I want my kids to have that toy store experience that I had as a kid and picking out something they want. I come here every so often to support these guys. They also do gift wrapping.”

The Red Balloon has everything everyone would ever need; the variety of clothing and the uniqueness of it all. Hats off to the owner for her selections and also Jane, the best sales person, ever! I just love Jane. Jane has been instrumental in helping me every single time I come into the store, with so many outfits. She puts such care, love and passion into everything she does and she does work very hard! I see her helping everyone and I will pick things out but consult her expertise. She will always find things to add to my collection, to add that extra spark. As a result, the receivers of the gifts are always so happy and they send me pictures in the outfits. “I had read the reviews and was wary of shopping here. Reviews were partially right. I walked to the desk where two ladies were working. The first woman was brusque and short with me, lot of attitude. Handed me off to a younger woman. The other one was lovely and very helpful. She got out the baby registry form and patiently helped me choose a gift. The merchandise is fun, although $$$, and I was pleased with my purchase.”

“Been coming here for years my now teenage daughter still shops here with my toddler & the young lady always nice ? it’s a small store but they have about everything in there for kids & adult I had a headband there very glitz ? what I think I keep coming is because they wrapped and personalized everything you need for free that’s a plus for me living in small town with bday party every day no time for wrapping and it’s quick all you gotta do is buy your stuff and they wrapped it nicely and write whatever you want the ladies again always friendly I never feel rushed
whatsoever and my girls are always happy getting gifts for friends & fam oh and they have that birthday package kid picks what they like you buy them & they keep it for you everything beautifully wrapped it’s awesome- Great job to the young ladies there sometimes it’s only one and she does it all I think it’s a family owned business too.
