I only went to this location to pick up a pre- order phone, friendly customer service, efficient, I was in and out 10 minutes later, just what I wanted and needed.

I purchased the samsung S23 in January, and every month, I went back to advise them of the issues I have been having with the phone since the purchase . They would troubleshoot the phone, never once offering to replace it. Finally, I found a samsung store, and they did a diagnostic only to find out the phone was manufactured malfunction.
I went back to verizon, who offered to replace a new phone that is 4mo and paying retail price for monthly with a refurbished phone. Not acceptable. They said that despite it being manufactured, malfunctioned, and can not replace it with a new phone after 30days. Nonsense!! I then called samsung, the makers of the phone the phone who suggested I send them the phone to troubleshoot. While they send it to Texas, and im in NJ to troubleshoot, I would be without a phone. All I won't is verizon or samsung to replace my 5mo manufacturer malfunctioned with a new phone since I'm paying a new phone price monthly and been a customer for over 20 years ? . This is not good customer service for a valued client. No wonder iPhone is the most popular phone since samsung can't honor/back their phone with replace without sending to another state and leaving a client without a phone for an undetermined time !

We have been using this Verizon store for over three decades and we have seen the good and the bad. At the moment they are essentially interested in selling new devices only. They would not touch your phone under any circumstances. They tell you to call Verizon. I guess they do this for legal reasons. They used to tell you what to do without touching your phone. Well, your visit may or may not be pleasant.

I purchased three phones along with corresponding lines approximately two weeks ago, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional assistance provided by both Aldo and the manager (him). Not only are they incredibly courteous individuals, but they also demonstrate a high level of professionalism in carrying out their responsibilities. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I was in the Westfield store on Wednesday. The saleman named Mark lied to me, telling me no other stores had the two phones I purchased were in stock. I explained to him that this woild be a big inconvience to have them shipped. He was rude and very condisending. I asked to see my receipt after giving him $184 in cash and he told me I would have to look at my email. After leaving the store my service was cut off. I had to turn around go back to the store and I told him. He just walked past me and told me to turn my phone off and back on. No apoligy at all. The phones were supposed to be delivered yesterday and I waited all day to find out ups will not delivered until Monday. This is the reason I wanted to leave the store with my phones. I will never step foot in this store again.

I had to come for a phone replacement for my son. Not only was Nicole extremely helpful, she reviewed several different options to help ensure I had the best option and pricing for my needs. In addition to the phone replacement, I had some questions about the 5G home service. She brought over Whycleff to hello answer my questions. Which he did, above my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this store for all you Verizon needs!!

5 stars is only due to the employees, the store manager wycliffe and an employee MB. I was there to get a replacement for my phone. After a frustrating 90 min run around on the phone with Verizon and their insurance Co, assurance, wycliffe filed my claim online in about 10 mins. I left the store with a smile on my face. When I got my replacement, assurion sent me to a store in milburn to move my data from the old phone. That store said they didn't do that. I went back to Verizon. Wycliffe and MB helped me out for about 3 hours, all the time with smiles on their faces. They had to charge me 30 bucks but it was well worth it. I hate Verizon. Their service has gone to bleep over the past 10 years despite charging premium prices. But these 2 employees are an exception and worthy of your patronage.
