“Ron and Michael were an absolute pleasure to work with and were super helpful to me in making a custom engagement ring a reality. I was recommended to them by a family member and they now will have a return costumer in me.I went into here with a rough idea of a design for a custom engagement ring I was looking for. They immediately sat down with me as I described what I wanted. They took notes and showed me different examples of rings and stones so I could get a sense of what it may look like when finished. We settled on a design and I soon had a CAD model that we fine-tuned using wax models. Shortly after, I had the ring in my hand and I was speechless. It was exactly what I had pictured in my head.They communicated with me great throughout the process, were super friendly, and offered their own professional insight into what designs that went along with what I had in mind. The proposal went off without a hitch and my partner absolutely loves the ring. It has been a few weeks already and I still catch them looking at the ring very deeply.I highly recommend using De Summa and Wexler if you are in the market for a jeweler that takes pride in their work and helpfulness.”

Everyone is friendly and the prices are reasonable. My pieces were cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner. I was initially quoted 5 days for one of the cleanings, however it ended up being a same day service! I was also given tips on how to preserve my jewelry which was very helpful! This is our forever jeweler.Ron helped us design my engagement ring, and took the time to help me choose what I liked, and helped me to understand every different option, their pros and cons, why something looked nice or would have timelessness and durability. He was much more informative than any source you would scour on your own. He brought several diamonds out from the vault, and let us inspect them with him using his jewelers lens, and also let us look at them on my finger in the sunlight. My ring was created by Colton perfectly to be unique and exactly what I wanted, and every time Barskys cleans and polishes it (at no charge), it looks as new as it did the day we were engaged. Choosing my ring was a wonderful, joyful, forever memory that my fiancé and I both talk about often, and Ron made this process perfect and exciting and everything that it is supposed to be. Someone compliments my ring every day, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop wearing it!Ron helped me choose a style of wedding band to compliment my engagement ring, and Colton then designed a uniquely beautiful ring that was more stunning than I ever could have imagined on my own. Colton did this during COVID lockdown, and many people touched the CAD design of the ring, but only Colton was able to make it right and perfect. I have never seen another band so perfect, so intricately and delicately detailed, or so thoughtfully created. When I look at it, I know that there will never be another ring like mine, or that is so perfectly me. It compliments my engagement band perfectly, as though they were made together, but both can be worn separately. Colton is forever part of our story.When I needed a new piece specially designed, we knew that only Colton and Barskys could do this for us. I wanted a delicate signet style ring to hold the footprint of my heart dog, who passed away, so that he can walk me down the aisle, and wherever I go in life. I also wanted to be able to stack rings with footprints or nose prints of our other dogs over time. I’d searched for ideas for a long time, and we sat with Colton and he asked for stories about Mozart, for pictures, he was genuinely empathetic, kind, and compassionate. He guided me through choosing what style band would look best for this project, and accommodated every desire I had for such a delicate piece. When he sent his initial renderings, his conceptualization of what this piece could be far exceeded what I had imagined for so long. He’s given me back a small piece of my heart, and there is something particularly special to us to know that Barskys has been part of so many of our important life events, and more so, that we can trust them with these critically important events.Ron and Colton will forever have our business, and we will never use another jeweler other than Barskys.
