My family wanted to switch from another carrier to Metro again, and there was a stressful issue with the transfer due to the other carrier. Kayla was very helpful, she was able to change our plan even with the issues we were having. Amazing customer service thank you for the help and the patience!

Just wondering why they're closed on a Saturday at 5:30. I wasn't expecting them to be closed. It says they're open until 7 but that was a lie. And I really need a new phone.

Poor customer service and unprofessional the guy last night kept staring at my two daughters after I respectfully asked him the stop because there under age then he asked me for my number I told him I'm married yes this is my husbands account BTW he was so disrespectful and then try to over charge me after i came in and the day before and got the estimate on the phones then took my id and refused to give to give it back until he got done moping and tell me he refused to severe me after he made me sit for over 30 minutes he was picking in his ear wax and sniffing it then got back on the computer never washed his hands then give me my state ID back

I love this Metro store they are always helpful and he let me know of an upgrade i could get and was friendly..he told me of a few other deals going on which i didnt know about and i thought that was great..ive been to others but this one is the best they take their time with you and let you know what great things are going on..never had to wait real long and always satusfied great job Metro

Came here to turn in my phone to insurance, but they were not open....at 6:25 p.m.....will have to call next time but even then you can't be sure because they don't always answer the phone

Jomar was OK. Tgought I was getting deL then found out today I could have gotten a better deal and newer phone. Great customer service skills tho.Carlos is a excellent salesman would recommend him.

The kid that was working there was really nice but that's where it stops. It's disgusting what they are doing. I went it to purchase a phone they had a limited inventory so I picked one that was $199.00. I then was told about a $20 activation fee okay cool been there done that. Then was told that there was an additional fee of $50 dollars because of limited stock that I would have to pay or they wouldn't sell me the phone. Non of the district managers (I'm assuming the franchise as the own several locations) would talk to me. While on the phone with the corporate office I was advised by the kid he got it wrong there would be a $9-$11 fee (I believe monthly) and $80 fee not fee because I was doing an upgrade not a new customer. To try and make $$$$ in commissions and force people to spend an extra hundred dollars while several people are still trying to recover from a pandemic is an absolute disgusting business practice. I went to another location bought a phone straight up then spent additional money's on a case screen protector because they didn't force me too. A hundred dollars to me and the owner of this store may not be a lot but to someone who doesn't know where the next meal is coming from is A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. I was there once upon a time too. Id suggest going to a different store. I'm also considering taking the 6 lines (3 seperate plans ) bundling together as one plan to a different provider

I just wanted to comment on JOMAR the young employee at the Westville NJ location. This young man is amazing and he is so knowledgeable with phones and how they work. He took his time helping me transfer my information and helping me to understand my phone and how it works. I also seen him helping another customer who was over charged on her bill at another store came here and he worked for over an hour s trying to help her fix the problem. He also speaks two languages English and Spanish. Anyone who wants top notch service come to Metro in Westville and ask for JOMAR.

The best customer service, and very polite and actually answers your call and requests and is very helpful about what customers need. Also I am not getting paid to say this but just my experience with this metro in particular but this store in west villa is just top tier amazing and the best store I’ve ever been to and the guy that works there is very very nice and informative.
