“Everyone here conducts themselves with such a high level of respect and professionalism, not only that but they do not have a problem going above and beyond for the customer. The gentleman in the back getting the trucks ready was awesome, felt like I was talking to family. “I recently had an experience with Enterprise that left me with mixed feelings. A day before my reservation, Adrian called to let me know that I should expect a wait due to limited inventory. While I appreciated the heads-up, I still don’t understand why customers are able to make reservations when the location doesn’t actually have cars available.
Despite this frustrating situation, Adrian provided outstanding customer service. He handled the issue professionally, treating each customer with patience and respect. Even though I had to wait four hours for my rental, Adrian remained courteous, kept me updated, and did everything he could to assist.
While Enterprise needs to improve its inventory management and reservation system, Adrian’s exceptional service made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I was very pleased with the service I received from him. Enterprise is really lucky to have you . Thank you, Adrian!”

“I usually cannot stand going to rental car companies and really do not look forward to when I have to do so. So when someone hit my car last week, and I found out that it would be in a body shop for at least a while, I was dismayed to say the least, but learned that I would get a rental through their insurance.
What happened after was a complete surprise and a welcome one at that. John greeted me at the door with a huge smile, immediately took down my information and processed my reservation almost seamlessly.
He was so quick about the paperwork and processing my reservation. I was completely blown away. All the while, he was friendly, professional, and courteous.
I ended up leaving in record timing with a car that was perfect for my needs and much better than I could have asked for.
All I can say is that we need more people like John working at car rental agencies around the country.”
