My son (6) is learning to swim and overcome his fears through expert instruction. Lateef is a fun and high energy swim teacher who helps him push past his fears and brings so much joy to every lesson!”

A friend who had just joined The Ridgewood Woman’s Club encouraged me to go to a RWC lunch/ meeting to see if I might like to join also… which I did.This group of special, intelligent and caring women were so welcoming to me. I then joined and have not regretted it!
The Ridgewood Woman's Club is an exceptional woman’s club with a fabulous President, Pamela Swords , who gives this club her heart and soul!She is truly a gift for this club and its members! Lastly, but most importantly, The Ridgewood Woman’s Club does so many wonderful and charitable things but also leaving time for the members to do some fun activities together also!”
“It’s always such a good time at City Green. Whether I’m stopping by their annual farmers market- which has a ton of great vendors with food, decorations, and all kinds of cute stuff, or hanging out at their summer events with live music, drinks, and a chance to wander around the farm and see the animals, it’s just always fun. Overall, such an awesome spot, and I’m really glad Clifton has it!”

“The salvation and the workers kept me from starving from non nutritious food at the place I’m staying….. social services doesn’t help people with disabilities and the need for proper housing! “My Friend just Celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary on a Saturday Night. Beautiful Venue to Host a Party or a Wedding Reception. Ample Parking and access to the Entrance. I attended on Crutches and realized that they do have a Ramp leading straight into the Hall on the Right Side of the Building. Nice Setup.. There's an area for a Bar and Food Service Station. The Music System has to be Provided by your personal DJ or Band.Very Nice Over All Experience.Thank You ?”
“I have been wanting to visit this thrift store.....and WOW! It's a small train depot...very quaint and the prices are extremely reasonable for name brands. Proceeds go to the local schools. Let's assist them in their humble goal! Cannot wait to go back!!!”
“The Closter Nature Center is a nice little escape from the busyness of town. It’s quiet and peaceful, and I love that it gives you a chance to slow down and just be outside.
That said, the trails could use a bit more care. Some areas felt uneven and overgrown, so be ready for that if you’re bringing kids or anyone who isn’t super steady on their feet. Nothing unsafe, just not as well maintained as I expected.
The center itself feels welcoming and low-key, and the staff were friendly. It’s not a big place, more of a quick nature walk than a day-long outing but it’s still worth a visit if you’re nearby and want some fresh air.”
“I could not more highly recommend their guided kayak tours (especially the full moon ones, which we did!). Team is amazing, so caring, enjoyable and knowledgable. And the natural setting/views are simply gorgeous—and a study in contrasts! (Soaring blue herons and egrets, incredible reeds and marsh life, yet with I95 just off in the distance and one train track overhead)! Do not miss the opp to see this ecosystem through Hackensack Riverkeepers’ eyes. A must do.”

“As a medical transportation driver, I’m constantly going in and out of healthcare facilities across North Jersey. I see how front desks operate every single day, and I can honestly say that Amelia Maffei, Susan Bazoqa, and Jacalyn O’Brien are exceptional.
They are professional, organized, and incredibly welcoming. No matter how busy it gets, they stay calm, respectful, and attentive. They treat patients, families, and transportation staff with kindness and dignity. That kind of consistency is rare.
What stands out most is their attitude. They don’t just “do their job” — they create a warm and positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. For patients who may already be stressed or not feeling well, that first interaction truly matters.
Christian Health is fortunate to have Amelia, Susan, and Jacalyn representing the front desk. They make a real difference every single day.

“It has been some time since our children left the Bergen Family Center, but I have always wanted to take a moment to share our experience.
First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Maribel, the director. She is exceptionally thoughtful and an outstanding leader who is consistently attentive, caring, and deeply committed to the well-being of every child. From the beginning to the end of our time there, she made sure all our needs were met and that our children always felt loved and supported.
We are also deeply thankful to the entire teaching staff and faculty. Ms. Rosario and Ms. Andrea, who were my child’s teachers, are wonderful educators and genuinely kind individuals who created a nurturing and engaging environment every day.
Our experience at the Bergen Family Center far exceeded our expectations. If we could, we would gladly choose to send our children there again.

“Our district's 18-21 Transition Program opened last year amidst COVID, so it was very difficult to develop opportunities in the community for my students. We were very excited to connect with Greens Do Good, and our year changed as student internships began.The experience at the farm is unique. Students are passionate, and very proud when working alongside GDG staff to contribute to the success of the farm.We are very grateful for our partnership with GDG. “My niece and my 2 kids went to this child care center 25 years ago, 18 years ago and 15 years ago, at that time they were the best, the staff are very professional, very caring, they make the kids feel like they were family. The kids love their teachers and the state of the art facility. Definitely recommend this daycare.”
“Beat headstart in the bronx . I went as a little girl back in the early 2000’s now my son is going and I just love it . Of course it isn’t the same because of the pandemic a lot of things have changed . But the garden , the fresh fruits and veggies the kids grow . The interaction is amazing . They also help with potty training if your child still hasn’t learned they guide the child which I loved ! My son loves going to school he also had a hard time eating . He was super picky but now he eats everything and anything . The snacks and meals are really healthy. The kids get nap time , and they have they’re own gym and park so no need to be traveling no where . I just love how safe and comfortable I feel with leaving my son. He’s really my whole heart and for any little accident or booboo I get notified right away. I’m super happy that I got the opportunity to enroll my son in KHCC. Don’t wait or think it twice like “oh I won’t leave my child no where” lol I was the sameeee and listen ! The teachers who taught me at 3 and 4 are now the directors and supervisors , that just goes to show! Love love love love love !!!! I’ll always recommend KHCC to all of my friends ♥️”
“My daughter has been at this school for two years and I am glad I was able to find this school for her. She is moving on to kindergarten so she won’t be able to attend this school anymore in September. Her teacher Ms Ae is very caring and has so much compassion for children and I love that because having to leave your child with someone else not knowing how they are going to be treated can be very nerve wracking. Also, Ms Ae is very communicative. She always gives updates about how your child is progressing and what needs to be worked on and I love that! Thank you for all the amazing hard work you guys put in on a daily basis to help children!”
