Terrible experience. Came to my appointment as scheduled and Quest claims they lost the prescription that was faxed over twice with confirmation they received it in their systems. There was no apologies and no accountability. Everything turned into a blame game after they held me up for over an hour, and the blood work I needed was time sensitive that has to be done between 7am-9am.I do not recommend going here. I hope other people have a better experience but Quest Diagnostics as a whole is highly unprofessional and does not do anything to compensate for the inconveniences they cause people.

Facility , not employees, extremely incompetent due to poor updated equipment ! Orders that are faxed to this facility have trouble loading to computers. Time. Sensitive labs that need to be done are in jeopardy Speaking from bad experiences!!

Their website never seems to work. Never can complete an online appointment. Will not let me complete the insurance informationline. And when you call as usual, it's impossible to get a human being on the phone. She'll go anywhere but here

So my kid arrived on time for the appt and they had no record of a prescription being sent over. Of course, it had been sent by the doctor’s office days earlier, but they were, for some reason, incapable of finding it.Cut to: a half hour of my being on the phone with a delightful & super-helpful Quest representative who located the script, confirmed that it had indeed been sent to the correct place, and ultimately re-faxed and re-emailed it so that my child could get their lab work.End of story: the doctor’s office did not put their full name on the script (i.e., Tony instead of Anthony) and they couldn’t get the bloodwork done. This last part may be an oversight on the part of the doctor’s office but all other identifying info was the same—phone, address, insurance information, driver’s license, etc. so it feels like Quest was both incompetent and inflexible, however maybe they were only the former and not the latter. In either case, I do not recommend here.

This place doesn't care one bit about you. Absolute disgrace to the medical field. A filthy facility!! The board of health needs to be contacted. And the reply you'll get from the owner doesn't really care either. It's just a generic response to dump your complaint off to another number which nobody does anything about.

I brought a handicapped man with anxiety and agitation to Quest Labs in Westwood for some bloodwork. The two ladies working there (phlebotomists I assume) could not have been kinder or more patient. Their caring, under very difficult conditions was truly appreciated.Don't complain if you have to wait a few extra minutes. Possibly they are just taking care of a difficult patient or situation.Be assured you are in good hands.

Hasty work. I’m badly bruised and sore after 5 days still. Not recommended.

Horrendous. I needed a DOT drug test for my CG-719P which I have to personally pay for and does not get done by any company. Lady said I needed some sort of number from a company. I told her this is a personal test for me to upgrade my license and is the same as a DOT test and that all she needs to do is test me and mail it back home. Don't go here if you need to do a test on your own time. I came back here again recently. Checked into my appointment, walk in and the appointment is nowhere on the waiting list or I pad. And there's nobody up front if you have technical issues like this.

My husband brought my son in for testing yesterday and they had to take alot of blood. My son was blacking out and they put water on him a few times and some alcohol under his nose. The two female technicians were very nice. Thank you to them both!

Good Lord. what's the point of getting an appointment when you sit in the dingy waiting room forever listening to a loud TV playing only Quest announcements and commercials. and good luck ever trying to get a live body on the phone. the only reason I came here is I had to, not that I wanted to.

Never adequately staffed. Saturday mornings should have 3 or more people to address the volume of the day.

No customer service! There is no way to connect to this lab by telephone! Staff was rude and unapproachable. You must check in by kiosk and no one is available to speak to you. No concern or caring from staff. Will not return.

Can you give negative stars?!?! This place is unprofessional bordering on negligent. Brought my child for blood tests. After waiting in an empty waiting room because the staff were having a 20 min conversation NOT about work, they finally called us in. After they took blood he was feeling faint and they ushered us out saying we needed to go because they were closing for the day. Are you kidding?! I moved chairs in waiting room so he could lay down on them and they did nothing. Didn't offer something to eat/drink. Sat there glaring because I refused to leave until he felt better. That on top of how rundown the place is, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Worst service I have ever received in a lab. Horrible employees with no sense of customer service. They over schedule and put themselves first. I had an appointment scheduled the other day and they only had one phlebotomist available. Then they say to me as I arrive I need to be fast it’s about to be her hour lunch. Then I had to get a new appointment 3 days later to deal with some rude employee slamming on the bathroom door. What sort of business won’t allow someone privacy to use a bathroom. It’s not like he didn’t know I was in there. He knew us was in there.

The facility is very clean! The wait time is not on schedule if you're not early in the morning. A new change: a paper requisition is required to get any lab work done. If you don't have the paper, you can't use an emailed form from the doctor. That means you have to reschedule and go back . If you call, there is no front desk service. All calls go to one line and answers questions, but doesn't give out information such as "you need to physically have a paper to have labs completed." I called Friday to confirm they can accommodate pediatric patients. Details matter. We don't have time to waste. I haven't met anyone that enjoys waiting an hour for bloodwork or enjoys having lab-work done.
