“This was the WORST post office I’ve ever used, to visit. I complained and had long talks with the postmaster. He assured me things will improve, and they have been better since our conversation. The staff was rude, terribly slow and unprofessional, and lacked training- expect for employee named GLEN, older gentleman worked very hard and made my day, whenever I dropped off packages, GLEN is only best employee at this location.. his very helpful & not lazy or asleep like other employees… TARA AND JENNA WERE THE ABSOLUTE WORST TO WORK WITH EXTREMELY LAZY AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE…MARK HAS IMPROVED A LOT AND IS NOW NICE TO WORK WITH AND IS WORKING HARDER & FASTER however… The postmaster Gabriel, turned this location around, and made the location better. If it wasn’t for the postmaster, this location would have been shut down for lack of service and loss of sales performance. Overall customer service is improving from the past, the only thing I can suggest now is hiring maybe one or two new employees who are computer savvy and are fast workers to add to the employment here, and keep windows active and lines short. Nonetheless it’s all because of Gabriel E. Ali the postmaster for the success of this location. Thank you for listening to my issues and concerns.. and delivering on your promises. Sincerely - Tony.

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find—especially at large chain stores—this experience really stood out. Huge thanks to Jessica and the print team!”

“I have been to many different UPS stores. This one in Englewood Cliffs NJ was a bit different. Really friendly, efficient and focus was on making the customer feel happy! I needed a photo (2x1 1/2inches) which is slightly different than a passport photo (2x2inches). Jin, the owner made sure he made that size photo happen. He also is a notary and placed the notary stamp where it would not interfere with the application I needed to fill out. That extra care will make this UPS stores MY new UPS store!”

“Only UPS I trust with dropping off my packages for my business. I’ve been a customer for 4+ years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”
