“I purchased an armchair, a loveseat, and a bistro set of glass top table and two chairs from Wicker Warehouse. I live in California. Although there was a delay in shipping the items due to getting the cushions, the customer service people were responsive and informative throughout the process. My concerns about the shipping delay vanished when the furniture arrived. It was well packaged and delivered, and the furniture itself could not be nicer. Very well made, with beautiful, full cushions on the seat and back. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and I don't think I could have found better anywhere else. Five stars. Highly recommended!”

“The customer service while picking up was outstanding! I had to order an urgent pickup order since I was traveling the next day. I was a bit lost since the location isn't obvious via google maps so I called the store and the employee was super nice about it and gave me better directions! He also met me outside in the parking lot in case I couldn't find their door! I also got some sample masks with my order~ great products and great customer service ! That's why I'm a repeat customer :) thank you behealthy!”
“This place is on 16th and Madison for truck deliveries take Madison to 16th and make a left. God bless them for helping me out to get truck unloaded because I just had heart surgery. If you’re delivering here be prepared to assist unloading.”
“As a skin care brand that started working with 3PLG about 1 year ago for handling shipping/logistics, I want to post about our experience with them so far. Overall, we've had a positive experience and the leaders of the company Lorraine and Rose have been supportive of our brand and have given us good advice. Additionally, the packaging and shipments they have done for our customers were all done very professionally and had on time arrivals. Recently our company developed some internal logistic solutions that improves our efficiency and removes certain unnecessary freight shipments and the negative environmental impact thereof. 3PLG, as a company that promotes that they are very supportive of the brands they provide logistics for, we look forward to further support from 3PLG as we improve our logistic work with them. “We rented space from Warehouse4biz Northvale location and it was an amazing operation. There is community among the other businesses and lots of friendly faces. There was always a dock to park a 26' truck or a 53' container and plenty of space to load/offload. The shared space was inviting and there was always someone to help or talk shop. I most definitely recommend this facility to anyone starting or expanding their business.”

“TO THE TRUCK OPERATOR ? yes I give it a 4 ⭐ bcos they are nice even though I kind not to happy but anyway they deserve it ,bcOs of the tight parking conditions the parking to bay is Medium size ;no overnight parking also the Young lady at Desk in her hight 50s is so easy going also got door ? 2 berry tight space i can't complain got loaded in bout 20-30 MTS not bad no appointments ( FCFS )”

“Personnel is really nice and straightforward. Had a 6:30AM P/U appointment, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Kind of tricky to get the truck aligned with the dock but no biggie. Make sure you come on 11th St from 6th Ave to 5th Ave so you don’t have to back blindly.”
