“Sean from the Chester store is great. He saved the sale of the TEMPURPEDIC MATTRESS. Whoever was the trucker who delivered our mattress on the first delivery try were horrible. Sean basically saved the day.
The guys who came on the first try were so bad I had to ask them to leave. Sean stepped in and redelivered the mattress and were great.”
“Salesperson was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Thank you Debbi W. for taking the time and helping us with your design tips. We continue to go back to Suburban because of their service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend.”

Call ahead and ask if Richard’s in and you won’t regret it! 11/10!!!!”
“Great experience shopping at P.C. Richard & Son at Succasanna, NJ. Store manager Curtis and associate David went over and beyond to help me out with my purchase. They matched the big box store prices and gave me additional warranty on my new dishwasher. Thank you.”
“Today I went to the Morris Plains MattressFIRM to replace my 17 year old mattress. I looked at the website prior to my arrival and had an idea of what I wanted. As I entered the store I was greeted by my salesman Craig. Craig showed me 2 of the mattresses I was looking for. I asked several questions and he answered every single one. I picked out a great mattress. I liked the pillow so much that was on the bed I also bought a pillow. Thanks for all your great help and advice,Craig.”

“This has been one of the best experiences we have had with a purchase and delivery service. Our sales lady Funda was exactly who we needed as we were buying the lift chair for a very stubborn old lady. We were directed to the chairs that were in stock and allowed to shop. We found exactly what we needed. We placed the order by phone the very next day.
Incredibly, everything they promised came true - the chair was shipped the very next day and arrived within minutes of the scheduled delivery. The communication was stellar.
The delivery men were true professionals. They kept in touch by phone and emails. They installed the heavy chair where we asked and showed us how to operate it and took the packaging away with them.
The entire transaction was flawless. We will be back for more!”

The furniture gallery is beautiful and well organized, it was easy to find what we were looking for and at very affordable prices. I recommend this store”

“We bought 4 mattresses and pillows from this store over the years and always have a great experience. This time was no exception. I appreciate Anna's recommendation and knowledge of the new mattresses as well helping compare what we are now sleeping on. This time I purchased a mattress, adjustable frame and sheets for my father over the phone. It was an extremely easy process.”

“Everyone is so helpful, no pressure, I had a issue with my couch, had warranty, they no longer make it so I got credit for what I paid to go towards a new couch. They stand by what the sell. Also helps to get the goof protection.”
