“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

“I was at the Rt. 10 location a few weeks ago because I purchased a Canon printer for pick-up. I had a great experience. Bobbie, the sales associate who assisted me, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me navigate some additional purchases and worked to find me the best options for my needs, all while assisting other customers effortlessly. It isn't everyday that one receives excellent customer service. Best Buy should be proud that someone like Bobbie is on their sales floor. I don't leave reviews often, but felt compelled in this instance.”

His knowledge was very obvious in his explanations of what was needed to make my new phone work where I can handle it. Jadiel's major concern was to assure me that he and I would accomplish and resolve these issues and that's exactly what happened. Jadiel is an asset to that location. I decided to take a chance and stopped in. I luckily had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer who was kind and empathetic and understood my frustration. She called Customer Service and after speaking to a few representatives and spending a lengthy time on the call my issue was resolved! Thanks to her professionalism,knowledge and persistence she has gained a loyal customer at this location. Although I live 40 minutes away I will definitely drive the distance for such great service!”
