“Was visiting from out of town and the front end of the car starting making intermittent noise. Called F/X and they were full but said they'd try to squeeze me in. So I let it go and was going to ignore it and just drive on it. But they called me back later in the day to get me in the next morning as they were genuinely concerned. So I took them up on it. Ended up having a bad wheel bearing which could have gotten worse quickly on a road trip. So they went out of their way to fit me in and saved me from a much worse hassle. They were very friendly, helpful above and beyond, and competent. Would totally recommend them!”

“Had some curb rash on edges of my BMW alloy rim , called up made the appointment, came in and they did the repair with tire still on rim and while waiting for car which is a plus. No drama or surprises either. The rim is not back to 100% new looking but I was aware that for this type of on the spot repair it’s more about making the damage not noticeable which they did do so I’m good! And everyone there was professional, polite and personable unlike many other places…..”
