“I was frustrated with cell phone disconnecting from network daily and requiring frequent network reset. I suffered through logging into and waiting for Tech Coach several times. I called 611, only to be told after hours. I finally, out if desperation, went to the Verizon store at the Wegman Center in Bridgewater. Jose B took the time to assess the problem and order a replacement phone under warranty, no charge. The phone arrived and I followed the instructions to activate...unsuccessfully. Yet another round of waiting for Tech Coach, only to get a tape that my account was not covered. Adding insult, 611 once again played tape that it was after business hours. I arrived at Bridgewater store and waited 5-10 minutes to see Jose B. who assesses the situation and activated the phone. Kudos to Jose B!”

“The one issue I have is the hot food in the case is usually old and over cooked, even burnt when I go in there. They need to throw out food after a while. Not leave it in there all day. The pizza is always dry and burnt. People can get sick. Set a timer and keep making it fresh. This way I would buy it more.”

“As an employee of the company here is a pro tip. The company is cutting back on hours left and tight and cutting back on employees in the pharmacy. This store in particular has had problems with the head pharmacist leaving and being with out a head pharmacist for some time. While they have gotten a new pharmacist it's always a matter of playing catch up with the amount of volume that comes into the store and everyone feeling they are entitled to be served before everyone else. It is first come first serve and same with the drive thru. You are to drop off a prescription leave and then come back and pick it up. Not SIT there waiting for it. It does not work that way. If any once here wants to b**** about the company then b**** to corporate for slashing our hours and leaving us with three people at a time to deal with the amount of prescriptions that any of our store get and fill in a daily basis. If you don't know the backstory then how about shutting up and learning about it”

“I only really go for energy drinks and they are always stocked with a great variety of options. I have gotten the cookies from here and they were overbaked, somewhat hard around the edges, compared to other locations where the cookies were nice and soft baked. Staff isn't the friendliest but also aren't really rude just "getting through work" but that has no effect on my day. Overall good experience for me.”

“I don't understand some of what I read here. This pharmacy by far is the best, friendliest, most accommodating of any chain I've been to. Same for the staff of their retail store. Been going here for going on three years now and they've never not been great.”

“So far it's great. Have it going on two years and also their wifi. Truly wireless in all respects. Signal is great with over 40 items connected to out in my house. I have wifi, 2 telephone, and an extra line on one phone all at a permanently fixed price of $130. I highly recommend it.”
