“I see that the Whitehouse Station Post Office is currently rocking a confident 2.4 stars on Google. Does it deserve 2.4 stars. Maybe. Maybe not. Hard to say. First, there are only 23 reviews. And honestly, who is writing a review of the post office when things go well, besides me? “Hi, I’d like stamps.” “Sure, how many.” End scene. That is not exactly a moment that inspires reflection. Most of the existing reviews focus on rude staff or general postal despair, so I figured I would offer a counterpoint. We already pay too much for greeting cards, and then we pay too much to mail those greeting cards. All I needed were stamps. I did not want the Costco stamps this year. That felt like a choice that would haunt me later. So I made the trek to the only post office in the area that was open. I walked in and was greeted. Was it warm. No. Was it hostile. Also no. It was appropriately gruff. It was late on a Saturday, right before Christmas, and frankly I would have wanted to be home too. I asked for stamps. He showed me what was left. I chose. He informed me that I had just purchased the last of the Christmas themed stamps. A small win, but still a win. Go me. I paid. We exchanged the standard thank yous. I left with stamps. He went back to doing whatever important postal things he was doing. No confusion. No mistakes. Just the correct amount of New Jersey energy. Will they lose your mail someday. Almost certainly. Will they lose your mail every time. Probably not. Will they successfully sell you stamps without incident. Based on this visit, yes. And honestly, that feels like meeting expectations. Which, at the post office, is kind of the whole point.”

“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did! The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem. Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days. He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”

“This is the best post office I have ever used. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My wife and I use the post office very frequently to send out packages for our side business. Whereas other post offices have treated us as a nuisance, the Three Bridges Post Office always welcomes us and we have never lost a package. We mostly deal with Paul, who is absolutely amazing. He is so great, in fact, that he should be made Postmaster General! But in all seriousness, if every post office was like Three Bridges, no one would ever complain about the postal service again.”

“It's your typical Staples store but they have very few copiers and one of the was out of service. So they only had one available. East to get to location and a great handicap ramp from the lot. Honestly one of the best I've seen as most are just grip ramps cut out in sidewalks. These were ramps with rails. Easy access from the route 202 area.”
