“I went in for an oil change. I was happy that my oil change also included tire rotation. I got there at 4:00pm, I had an appointment for 4:00pm. I sat for 45 minutes before my car was pulled inside the shop. They were busy and appeared to be under staffed. I finally was finished at 5:45pm. The guy was gracious enough to knock $25.00 off my bill and he apologized for my wait.”

Dina at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She greeted me, took my keys, and asked me to have a seat. Less than ten minutes later, I was back on my way with peace of mind and some helpful recommendations, and no repairs were needed.
I really appreciated their honesty and integrity. They easily could have replaced a part and charged me for it, but instead they explained that the issue I was experiencing would not harm the vehicle and that it was completely safe to continue driving. It's refreshing to find a shop that values honesty over making an unnecessary sale. I can absolutely see why my mom has trusted them for so many years, and I highly recommend them.”
