He really helped assess my needs for storage and helped me make an informed decision without breaking the bank! When I got to the office, he was courteous and pleasant. He offered superior customer service. My unit that was assigned was clean and ready to go. Convenient location, easy to get to. I much prefer this storage place over any of the big chain places that pull you in with one price and then you get slammed with another. “When a friend recommended Murray and Sons for our mother’s move, she said, “Don’t even do any research. I’ve done it and they are the best,” and boy are we glad we did exactly that. Our 2-day move was handled by Jason, Hunter, Rob, Chad and Kevin and all were amazing. “The storage location is easy to access, and the promotional deal price I got is great. I intend to rent the unit for very very long time (probably forever as long as the price is kept within my budget), so the location and price were the two huge factors for me to decide this renting.Also, I would like to acknowledge that Joe the store manager is very nice and friendly. He insisted to sweep my rental storage unit with a broom even when I told him that he didn't need to. This shows his professionalism and great customer service. ? I am very happy.
