“Will was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. My mother-in-law had a lot of questions and he had no problem answering all of them multiple times. The setup there is nice and the space feels new even though I believe it is 20 years old. prices were fair, he did mention they may be increased after a while but said we can always call and negotiate if needed. so far so good!”

“When I see Joe he is attentive in an expedient manor and always pleasant. I like that he is approachable and engaging which makes for being on property relaxing (as opposed to where I was before)which hovered and without saying wanted you to hurry up and leave. Overall it's nice to see a friendly face as I visit my unit often.”

“I had an excellent experience with Kyle, Eric, and the rest of the crew at the Toms River Route 9 U-Haul location. Despite my late arrival, the team went out of their way to accommodate my hitch installation and ensured everything was completed efficiently and correctly. They were professional, courteous, and clearly focused on customer service, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was also able to complete the rental trailer agreement without any issues, thanks to their attention to detail and willingness to help. Truly a great team—highly recommend this location for anyone needing hitch work or trailer rentals.”

“I rented a spotless new (only 1177 miles on the odometer) cargo van with full rubber liner and rails that made my one day of hauling go smoothly. The team at this location is incredibly helpful with great suggestions and patiently answered my questions about EZ Pass tolls, mpg and the $25 insurance ($150 deductible) they offer. Love the AC, the CarPlay for Apple & Android and how the van handled. In short the best experience I’ve ever had hiring a U-Haul vehicle!”

“This place was awesome and efficient! Rich went above and beyond! He even offered his own personal equipment if we needed it for help with a uhaul rental! He said oh we are here to help each other out and no problem. We didn’t need it, but the fact that he offered was so kind! He was personable, funny and meticulous at his job! Customer service was A one and we appreciate that! Thanks for a job well done and be sure Rich is compensated for his superior customer service! We will recommend this place to everyone! Thank You Again!”
