“Love this storage facility and the staff. Cecilia was beyond helpful from move in to move out. She was patient and helpful beyond my expectations, genuinely trying to help me and my best interest always. She was also very friendly and personable. Cecilia even went so far as to helping my husband and I push one of the flatbeds of our belongings up to our unit. Excellent customer service, always available to answer questions and troubleshoot with you to find a solution to any problem that may arise. Facility was always clean and I really loved the ease of pulling into the garage and going right up the elevator. This made things convenient even if it was raining. Great experience overall and was actually sad to move out. The ONLY negative was the amount of rent increase. After a year, it was just no longer manageable.”

“Great facility, but once you take a unit the fees skyrocket - mine have gone up about 10% every 6 months. Started at $80, now over $145!! They should reward long time good customers, not penalize them.
I found one solution. Pay for 2 years all up front and they lock the rate. They keep the money, not you, but if you can afford it, I think it's a better move.”

“I've had a storage unit with extra space storage for about 5 years now and everyone that I have dealt with has always been so helpful and accommodating. But Lee in particular has just gone above and beyond to help me a number of times. I'm not sure how other locations are but I absolutely love mine and would highly recommend them to everyone.”

“I rented a spotless new (only 1177 miles on the odometer) cargo van with full rubber liner and rails that made my one day of hauling go smoothly. The team at this location is incredibly helpful with great suggestions and patiently answered my questions about EZ Pass tolls, mpg and the $25 insurance ($150 deductible) they offer. Love the AC, the CarPlay for Apple & Android and how the van handled.
In short the best experience I’ve ever had hiring a U-Haul vehicle!”
