“Love this storage facility and the staff. Cecilia was beyond helpful from move in to move out. She was patient and helpful beyond my expectations, genuinely trying to help me and my best interest always. She was also very friendly and personable. Cecilia even went so far as to helping my husband and I push one of the flatbeds of our belongings up to our unit. Excellent customer service, always available to answer questions and troubleshoot with you to find a solution to any problem that may arise. Facility was always clean and I really loved the ease of pulling into the garage and going right up the elevator. This made things convenient even if it was raining. Great experience overall and was actually sad to move out. The ONLY negative was the amount of rent increase. After a year, it was just no longer manageable.”
“I reached out to many different storage places a lot of them were very overpriced not very friendly then I came across SNAP BOX not only were the prices wonderful the customer service was fantastic the property manager took us to where our unit was reviewed everything in detailed answered all the questions we had definitely a great experience looking forward to storing our belongings there.”

My first 10x20 storage unit was not going to be big enough to fit all her belongings, so went to the rental office and spoke with Chuck about a second unit. Lucky for me they had 1 available. I reserved it on line and Monday morning met up with John. Again, as with the first unit, the process was simple and fast. John went over and above to help me in anyway he could. I can't say enough for everyone at American storage. Thanks John for everything you did to make a stressful situation easier.
