I have had several frustrating experiences at the Court House branch, where staff turnover appears to be high and accurate knowledge about procedures is low. However, I received excellent service at the North Cape May branch. The staff there is is pleasant and Amy is a highly competent professional.”

This bank in stone harbor already feels more welcoming - definitely the temperature helps but the people have actually been nice. Maybe she should teach a class on how to do the bare minimum- Court House could learn some friendliness”

I needed some checks so he asked how many do I need? He made me the amount I requested. There was a line forming and I didn't want to delay others.Dave said he can place an additional check order for me, he then took my name and my phone number. “Small, convenient, market if your in downtown cape may. Don't be surprised if you have to get a parking lot voucher . They will stamp you when you check out.Very compact, really good deli. Coleslaw was acceptable. Chicken comes in deep fried baked or mango habanero. Nice big pieces 8 for $9.00 or so.Every thing I needed for a quick meal as we didn't want to go restauranting.”

On the last spoof of an account I ended up putting out an alert with all three credit bureaus. Don't yell at them. They are aware of the issue and were very nice and understanding. It is not their fault.”
