The silly complaint that they didn't act like other FedEx locations is obvious -- this isn't FedEx. It's like complaining FedEx won't ship your UPS package. Anyway, if you want genuine help and lots of flexibility, this is the place.”

After a less-than-stellar experience at another nearby location, I visited the Berlin Post Office (ZIP 08009) with cautious optimism—and I was absolutely delighted by the difference!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an attendant who exemplified everything public service should be: friendly, polite, and patient. I asked the same questions I had posed elsewhere—about affordable pricing for registered mail—and instead of being met with frustration, I was guided step-by-step with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude.
It was truly like night and day. This experience proves that quality customer service can be delivered consistently and respectfully—even within the same organization. The atmosphere here was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to conduct business without stress or discomfort.
To the team at the Berlin Post Office: Thank you for doing your job with care and for treating patrons with the respect they deserve. I deeply appreciate the way you create a space where good service is not the exception, but the standard.”

“This is a one person Post Office, usually staff by a wonderful Lady. The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.”

“I just shared a problem we're having with our carrier in the last few months (Zoe Road, Sicklerville, NJ) but I want to be clear that this is the first problem I've ever had with the Sicklerville P.O. since 1988 when I moved here. The personnel at this location are awesome; I actually tell people how great my post office is. The personnel are routinely friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I'm having problems with my specific carrier right now, but Matt, who's been addressing the problem, has been courteous and doing his best from my first phone call. I'd hate to see this one problem carrier overshadow the great job that the Sicklerville Post Office has always done.”

“I've had to visit this post office 5 or 6 times, and each time the mail person whom I spoke to was polite and helpful. The office itself is a little small and depressing, but so what. I'll blame that on the politicians who relentlessly try to strangle the post office every year.Anyone with an IQ over 50 understands that our Post Office is a modern marvel. Every time I see a branch I feel grateful.”
“Took a few tries to get someone on the phone but eventually happened and the customer service is ok not bad the women told me what happened and that my package will be out for delivery and fixed my issues and concern just like i said it took a longtime to get someone on the phone.”

“All of the employees at this location are super friendly and do their best. I'm a somewhat frequent patron as I have an online business. It seems understaffed, and if they had to deal with half of the people in these reviews every day, I would be frazzled too. I've never had a bad experience here, and any long waits I had to deal with were other customer's faults, not the office staff.”

On a Saturday visit, I ran into an unexpected issue with my debit card and was short on time, with the office closing soon. Thomas Lyons, the supervisor on duty, stepped in immediately not just with professionalism, but with real human kindness. Not only did he treat me with care and respect, he treated each and every person who came into that post office like a long-time friend.
I can honestly say that any negative reviews about this location should be taken with a grain of salt. People like Thomas Lyons are the reason I’ll keep coming back here. His calm demeanor, integrity, and warmth made a real difference.”
