“I wanted to say that for the last 14 years I've been going to UPS Store on Springdale Rd. Since the Springdale Rd UPS store was sold about a year or so ago, their rates have jumped up considerably. I asked why, and the employee told me their rates go up every January. I have always used the UPS estimator and its always within a dollar more or less. However, the Springdale UPS Store is alway $5 to $10 more then the estimate that UPS gives you online. I got tired of them over charging me everytime I went in with a package. I have a small craft business and every
dollar counts. I thought I'd give the Chewslanding Rd. UPS a try. We'll I was pleasantly surprised, what do you know, everytime I've gone to Chewslanding Rd. UPS store they have either met the same UPS estimate or was less than the estimate. Thank you for not taking advantage of your customers. From now on UPS Chewslanding Rd. Store is where we will be doing all our shipping. Thank you, Debbie
Today I visited the chewslanding UPS store and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Kaitlyn waited on me and was pleasant and very helpful. I will never go back to the Springdale Rd UPS. They are overcharging their customers and should be ashamed, especially with all the high cost these days it's nice to know that at the UPS store on chewslanding rd Clementon they are keeping their prices reasonable & honest! “Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“I moved from Mullica Hill and there is one woman in Mullica Hill is who basically the Post Office Drill Sargeant. So that being said, I walked in thinking "time to go get yelled at for being a customer" but the gentleman there named Bill was so kind. Just likeable and the experience was smooth. “The staff here is wonderful. They're extremely friendly and ready to help. They can help with all the majors, FedEx, UPS, USPS and even some DHL. The silly complaint that they didn't act like other FedEx locations is obvious -- this isn't FedEx. It's like complaining FedEx won't ship your UPS package. Anyway, if you want genuine help and lots of flexibility, this is the place.”

“This is a one person Post Office, usually staff by a wonderful Lady. The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.”

Both were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and attention to detail, and they truly represent FedEx in the best way.

“Small post office. PO boxes cost less than other towns in the area. Window Open M-F 830-130, then reopen 230 to 430. Lobby stays open from 8 to 5. Saturday window open 830 to 12. Lobby 8 to 12. Convienient, next to the Wawa. Friendlier, helpful clerks.”
“I sent an envelope from here. It was white and I sealed it with a sloppy lick. I put a stamp on it. It was a bill I had to pay for my doctor visit when I had a bunion on my foot. The doctor was nice and smiled. Not sure why he wore a bow tie. I think bow ties are a little silly. They look d****”

“All of the employees at this location are super friendly and do their best. I'm a somewhat frequent patron as I have an online business. It seems understaffed, and if they had to deal with half of the people in these reviews every day, I would be frazzled too. I've never had a bad experience here, and any long waits I had to deal with were other customer's faults, not the office staff.”
