“I have really been struggling with banking since my credit union merged with TruMark. But there has been two constant positives with the transition. The friendly staff in the Downingtown branch and Cierra Chapman in customer relations. Cierra helped me tremendously when she was in the Downingtown location and continues to help me since she has transferred to another office. I have told her many times, that it's because of her why I am still a member with TruMark! Cierra thank you for always helping me understand the new changes and regulations with Trumark. “The Ahfcu is great for typical bank transactions and has great rates and fees. However I find it lacks expertise in more complicated matters dealing with tax matters and financial planning”
“I’m not reviewing the credit union itself but I can’t believe this specific building doesn’t have five stars. They do free firework shows, have outstanding Christmas lights, car shows in the summer, etc. Don’t let the 1-star reviews for people who defaulted on their mortgages take away from the fact that this is an amazing campus for a banking institution.”
