“Dial is a place that can accommodate unusual and custom repairs. I brought in a 20+ year old tennis ball machine with a failing circuit board that needed hand-resoldering. Michael and his team brought it back to life, and went above and beyond to identify secondary issues with the controls, which they also resolved. They also checked out the motors and validated that they were in good working order (which I knew because they had just been replaced). Repair was done as promised on time. Price was fair for the work done, and recovered more value out of the machine than the cost to me.”

“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. I couldn't do anything about it, so I took it to repair a few places, and they couldn't help me. Even though they were going to fix it, it was going to take longer than I expected. When I went here, there was an employee named Josh. He helped me a lot and fixed my phone in an hour. He was very welcoming and helpful.”
“I brought in a very expensive 65" Sony OLED Android TV and AVR fixed it to as good as new. All the original built in features worked, such as the App Store, built in Chrome Cast & screen mirroring, even the built in IR blaster work perfectly. Cost was commensurate with original price of TV, and took 3 weeks ish. As expected given the repairs, I had to reload Apps and relogin to streaming servives. Thanks”
