“I scheduled a repair on my iPhone in the Moorestown, NJ location. I spoke with Monica and husband David. Both were highly educated with respect to my phone. I gave them 5 stars due to their knowledge, respect and treated me like they knew me for years, yet I just met them. They expedited the repair, evaluated and troubleshooted my phone for any other damage. Within an hour it was complete and working perfectly. “Absolute treasure in West Philly. It’s a relatively small shop compared to some others but they manage to have a more eclectic and varied selection than many other shops in Philly. They also carry music making goods and offer repairs on equipment like turntables and speakers/amps. You can find some amazing local LPs and snag some drum heads and a volume pedal at the same time. Friendly staff as well. Wonderful little shop.”

“Nick is a great guy. Very friendly, with decades of experience and knowledge.
He diagnosed my phone accurately based on observation, confirmed his diagnosis upon opening it up, went and got the needed part, and had it repaired in the same day.
He even bypassed the problem so I could use my phone in speaker-mode-only until he had the part back in his shop.
So nice to have a friendly, competent repair professional here in South Philly.

“Brought an Xbox Series X Halo edition and PS3 here. The Xbox wouldn't turn on and the PS3 seemed to be in safe mode and wouldn't display on TV. He fixed the PS3 hdmi port and got it out if safe mode without wiping the hard-drive. He fixed the Xbox power supply that had been attempted elsewhere. Both work perfectly now and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend for console repair.”
“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. “Sooooo… this is my 2nd time getting a MacBook Screen fixed here and both times they came out EXCELLENT. Cheapest Prices I could find and durable screen replaced right! The first was a MacBook Air, after I dropped it the screen cracked and I took it there about 2 years ago and they fixed it perfectly. This year I had a 2020 MacBook Pro and my baby stepped on it, I took it to Apple they said $700 and about a 2 week turn around. For all that I might as well buy a new one, I took it to Street Wireless on Aramingo and they said about 2 weeks to order, for the screen to come and to replace it $590. I brought it here and and they only charged me $480 and had it fixed within days. I had to take a last minute trip to FL and it was done the day before I had to leave. The screen looks better than the first time. Don’t judge a book by its cover bc the neighborhood is a little sketchy lol but the work they do is worth every penny. When I get back to Philly I’m taking my iPad and a iPhone there to be fixed. Friendly worker and he communicated with me a lot andddd he gives receipts whether you pay cash, card or CashApp which I paid with all 3 (: idk these people from a can of paint but I trust them with my electronics based on the previous work I had done. TRY THEM! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED (: (: (:”
“Peter from RTA was incredibly helpful in repairing an LG refrigerator. Professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced. We started with a different company whose technician incorrectly diagnosed the issue and said we should just buy a new refrigerator. We contacted the manufacture who put us in touch with RTA. After describing the issue over the phone, Peter correctly figured out what was wrong, ordered a new part from LG, and had the refrigerator running less than 24 hours after the new part arrived.”

“Took my Sony WH-1000XM4 in for a repair because the right headphone was not working. They found it was a wiring issue and repaired it within an hour.
The owner was pretty chill and honest about the repair. I had to file an insurance claim, and the owner helped me out as best as possible.
It was tough finding a headphone repair around Philly, and I am glad that they offer this service. If you are on the fence, would recommend at least checking it out. I did call in to ask if they offer a headphone fix.”
