“My puppy hates having his nails trimmed so when Jill from Ahead Of The Pack said she could help, we booked in immediately. She was able to see our dog at short notice, was ready for us as soon as we walked in, and said that doing a full groom and nail trim was super easy with him so she must’ve done something right to keep him calm! Such a relief now knowing I don’t have to do the trims myself and can bring him back here. Thanks Jill!”

Not only is there rarely errors in their orders but the one time I had an issue it was resolved immediately. “I went to the SouthHampton NJ store to buy a trailer that was listed online as being in stock. When I got there the trailer in stock was damaged because a purchaser left the lot and the tire fell off. The closest store that had the 5.5x10 trailer was an hour away, but not far from my home. They tried to help be purchase online which was not an option (to hold my item). Very nice and helpful. I drove to the other store in Hillsboro NJ and they had 2 trailers, one w the hitch lever bent. I bought the good trailer by using the Affirm app. Employees never saw this way to purchase but helped me successfully to purchase in store w the app (it wasn't easy and it's Black Friday so......). They were stressed, kind, patient and very very helpful. I couldn't leave the trailer for any period of time to save it as a Xmas gift (you could make money letting people get it later btw) so I brought my husband to the store later in the day to surprise him. It was like going back to the store to meet friends for the reveal. Even though I had many issues, more related to the processes of the franchise) I had a wonderful (but stressful) experience and would definitely go back to both stores.”

“I love this pet store for 2 reasons. The first reason is for their do it yourself grooming for bathing my 7m old Female Rottweiler. I purchased 5 baths for only $45. To me that is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. They supply me with EVERYTHING I NEED to get the job done and I save myself hours of cleaning up my own bathroom at home. The other reason is their selection and pricing of their HEALTHIER CHOICES OF FOOD for DOGS + CATS and other animals. We will be switching from buying CRAVE at Petsmart to this store to buy our dog foods and supplies. Give this place a try and I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh, they also have a monthly calendar of EVENTS/CLASSES and even a nail bar night for pros to trim your dog's nails for a very affordable price. Seriously, this place is simply awesome!I really hope they do a spring time event outside for Animals+Parents! That would be amazing and have DJ Milkyway Music Enterprise LLC dj/mc to bring in a ton more people that I don't think really know this place is located here or how awesome of a place it is! I've been telling my friends about Pet Supplies Plus and they had no idea the place is located in this area or didn't realize it was a pet store that offers as much as they do. (MLBB VENDOR EVENTS) at both Bolton Mansion + Playwicki Park would 100% boost up PET SUPPLIES PLUS CUSTOMER TRAFFIC. My best friend Jen Flannery is the owner and coordinates every single large scale outdoor event for over 10yrs. Only 1 pet store per event and they can really use a place like this at these events. I much rather see a smaller store at large scale events than Petsmart or a different big chain store.”

“I went to this shop with my husband and my daughter in attempt to get some fishes. Our last (and first ever) Betta fish died after a few months and we were trying to understand why as we did everything that we have been told at another pet shop.The fish lady was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. She helped us so much during this process, didn't try to over sale anything that we didn't need, just explaining us taking her time and told us to come back once we set up everything correctly. I am so grateful for this lady who helped us without lying to get us to buy stuff. Will definitely only go to this shop for no on!!Refreshing!!”
