“Would give this place 10 stars if possible. You can tell all the staff including the manager care about their customers and also the RESCUE dogs they adopt out. The Fairless hills pets plus (including the manager) should take notes from this store on how to treat customers and stick with adopting out dogs and not sell purebred puppies because people want them. This store sticks to the mission statement on the website! Kudos to your staff!!!”

“I cannot say enough about Todd Marcus and all of their wonderful staff— especially Chris, Dylan, Maria, Debbie, and Janice.I’ve purchased/adopted multiple birds from them. I’ve also boarded my babies and have them regularly groomed by Chris and Dylan.The staff are all kind, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond.Side note: I had an absolutely horrid experience at the other local store, and will continue to be a loyal patron at Todd’s.”

“My father got a rescue dog a few years ago, and he's mostly cocker spaniel, so he has cauliflower ears and gets very matted. The people there were very good to him even when he was getting agitated and said it would be safer to let his vet finish. I respect that because my dad used to have a visiting groomer...and last time she groomed him, she had cut him in 3 different places. Winston (the dog) won't even let me brush his legs. He only lets me use the grooming glove to remove excess hair. And my dad and I do our best with his face and ears, but we're amateurs! This is a safe place to take your pet in my opinion ?”
“Visited WOW PETS in Feasterville today. Very nice store and owner. Prices are reasonable. They sell things yoy don't see in other stores. I will be going back and telling my family and friends about it. As long as the Prices stay good we will keep going back plus they are located very convenient to me.”
“I love coming to bird paradise I don’t mind driving an hour to get the food and toys for my eclectus. Everyone there is always very helpful but it’s alway a pleasure to see Phillis there. She’s such a lovely lady who has always Helped me whenever I needed any type of advice I’m reference to my bird.I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years.So if you’re in planning of getting a bird this is the place . They will school you on what it is to own a bird and they will make sure the bird is going to a good home .”

The owner, Esther, is super friendly and she has so much information and she shared them freely. I highly recommend for your bird care and grooming”

“Love Dogs&Cats Rule for all my more niche pet needs!! When I’m looking for special treats, specific toys/puzzles, a certain brand or something that fits my dog who is outside the range of sizes most chains offer, I’m at Dogs&Cats. I always find what I need here. Staff is generally young, has always been friendly to us as customers.It’s a bit cramped inside and there’s a bunch of loose items, so fair warning if you have any mobility issues or a larger dog.”

“I went in there looking for advice on my newly acquired mouse pet. I asked for help and was sent a guru of mice! Nina was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer my questions. And there were a ton! She also suggested some things I could put in the mouse’s cage that would help make him more comfortable. She was patient, knowledgeable and friendly! The little tree trunk hideout item she recommended is a huge hit with the mouse. So thank you Nina!!!! You were amazing!!!!!”

“My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.”
