From the moment I walked in , I knew I was in good hands, Leslie sized me up immediately and knew ,that as an unconventional woman , i would need the dress to suit my creative personality and style. She pulled , the perfect PURPLE dress for the occasion. I left that day absolutely delighted! When the dress came in weeks later and I was ready for alterations, Hiba made sure the dress fit like a glove. Her warmth and calm made what could have been a stressful experience ( I have a large chest and it’s always a stress to get the right supportive fit) an easy one. Thank you to the Jan’s team! “Just returned from the Tyler Park Crafts Fair where I discovered this vendor. Bought two pieces instantly. Artistic, fresh, insanely soft and comfy and roomy and useful (pockets!). Here's what I've never done until this minute: go to a crafts fair, return home, and actually call the vendor to thank and praise her. And as soon as I post this, I will go to her website and purchase the rest of my fall/winter wardrobe now that I know my size in her lineup. This is the only place she came out of the dressing room smiling. There was a great selection and the atmosphere was relaxing. Natalie let us browse and pick out dresses. Then as she learned what we were looking for, she helped pick out ones to try. She was kind and incredibly helpful and listened to what we needed. “Love this place. Got my dress here for junior and now sr prom, originally I visited a different place earlier in the day and after a bad experience came here. They got me an appointment within a few hours. I was treated so nicely my one of the girls, everything always so organized, beautiful dress selection. Little more on the expensive side but, honestly it feels like you pay for the amazing service they offer as well.”

“Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. “Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”
