She pulled , the perfect PURPLE dress for the occasion. I left that day absolutely delighted! When the dress came in weeks later and I was ready for alterations, Hiba made sure the dress fit like a glove. Her warmth and calm made what could have been a stressful experience ( I have a large chest and it’s always a stress to get the right supportive fit) an easy one. Thank you to the Jan’s team! Here's what I've never done until this minute: go to a crafts fair, return home, and actually call the vendor to thank and praise her. And as soon as I post this, I will go to her website and purchase the rest of my fall/winter wardrobe now that I know my size in her lineup. “My daughter has been struggling to find a dress she likes. We’ve been to several different stores and tried on countless different dresses. This is the only place she came out of the dressing room smiling. There was a great selection and the atmosphere was relaxing. Natalie let us browse and pick out dresses. Then as she learned what we were looking for, she helped pick out ones to try. She was kind and incredibly helpful and listened to what we needed. We found a stunning dress and my daughter is so excited about it! This will be our first stop next year and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a prom/ special occasion dress.”
