“I’m local to this store and surprised why so many people complain about employees being rude.
Had multiple interactions with the store in past few years, for a variety of transactions including shipping, dropping amazon packages, hold for pickups and even a fingerprint appointment.
Employee has always been polite and reasonable. If you know what to expect for what you try to do, you will never have any problems with this store.
Google rating does not do justice to the owner and employees in this case.”

The gentleman who works the front during the day is always very friendly and efficient and I never have any issues when printing, faxing or even when I use to return Amazon items. My printer stops working regularly so it’s nice to have this location so close as a back up. Thank you for the great service!”

Within the last 4 months I had reason to use their printing services for a pair of family events and couldn’t be more pleased. Leilani and team were most helpful with page layouts, page placement, paper weight choices and page cutting services. One time, I even saw a customer walk out because of a long line, and the owner went all the way to the parking lot to make sure the person was okay and not upset .... that really showed how much he cares. “I live in town, they're wonderful. The post master goes above and beyondm. The post office in general misdelivered a package to Trenton and she called them every day for a few weeks, they never got back to her and I had to file a claim, but they're all amazing here. They have a book swap area, you can leave books for others or take some home, there's some good stuff there too!”

“Amazing place, I have a non verbal autistic kid, I take him with me every time I mail somethings, I can’t believe there is one staff she colored her hair with red wine color, she is very sweet with my kid, my son makes some loud noises, she never show any kind of faces instead she always say hi and greet us happily!”
“Efficient most of the time but one package that wouldn't fit into the bin got lost. The young guy was hesitant to take it until I told him it didn't fit in the drop bin, 6 months later and still no trace.”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
