“Love this 7-Eleven. Everyone is kind and it is clean and the espresso machine is always working lmaooo. And the fountain machine is kept in shape. Truly this is the kind of place that is easy to forget how grounding it is to have. 5am when I couldnt sleep all night, 1pm on the way to work, 10pm on my way home, just because at 4pm, etc. Their rewards program is worth it too. Like truly. I know rewards programs are the kind of thing that can make employees’ lives harder and a tension point in every transaction. But from my experience as a customer it seems to me is managed better at corporate level and deals are more clear.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
