“This Verizon shop is the BEST. Always. I cracked my screen, walked in with no appointment and got seen immediately. Tech said it wasn't the screen itself but the screen-protector. And since I'd bought the original screen-protector at this shop, the tech replaced it, fitting the new one in place like brand new. Less than five minutes, only ten bucks. Amazing.”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“My two daughters and I came here for the NY Giants Town Hall event.
Viewing: we had seats in the mezzanine and the stage was visible although with the heads of the people sitting in front of us made it hard to see at times.
Staff: we had very positive experiences with all the staff. Those who helped us w seating, staff at the bathroom, snack bar staff, etc, We had great experiences with all of them.
Seats: the seating was a bit tight, I was not able to cross my legs comfortably. This was the main reason I gave this theater a 4/5 stars rather than a 5/5.
Aesthetics: it is an absolute beautiful theater and one of my favorites in terms of is beauty in all of NYC!”

“Love this 7-Eleven. Everyone is kind and it is clean and the espresso machine is always working lmaooo. And the fountain machine is kept in shape.
Truly this is the kind of place that is easy to forget how grounding it is to have. 5am when I couldnt sleep all night, 1pm on the way to work, 10pm on my way home, just because at 4pm, etc.
Their rewards program is worth it too. Like truly. I know rewards programs are the kind of thing that can make employees’ lives harder and a tension point in every transaction. But from my experience as a customer it seems to me is managed better at corporate level and deals are more clear.”
