We have been shopping at this AT&T store for years for our cell phones. Your Sales Associate Ameena from the Woodbridge Mall store has also helped us for the last 10 years whenever we've come in for new phones. She is the nicest, kindest, informative sales rep & very helpful always. My husband & myself once again purchased new phones & Ameena helped us choose what was right for us. Thank you & we will highly recommend your store to shop in.

Sales Rep David A was fabulous and overly helpful! However management needs help. I got an email that my bill was going to be over $500 for 2 phones and I knew something was wrong. I went into the store TWICE to resolve this issue. Management was supposed to delete the 2 extra lines on my plan (I only have 2 phones and plan for 2 people) but somehow there was 4 lines on my bill. I unfortunately signed up for auto pay to save some money and now I'm about to not have enough money in my bank account to pay my bills due to the manager not doing his job! I have called numerous times and gone to the store about this and they keep saying they are fixing it but that is a LIE - Moral of the story, management at this store cannot be trusted!!!!

I should not have been charge a restocking fee are per AT&T customers service. You need to know the rules to run your store as per AT&T corporate. Return my $55. I am very unhappy. Your sale staff can not charge someone for up to $90. I shouldn’t my have been charge for a phone that was mailed to me DOA. I didn't was to mail my phone back USPS. They lost my daughter a few months ago. I don't trust the Post Office with a phone that cost me 1100 plus dollars. I will never go back the this store again. I worked in retail and an EMT.

A year ago I had to replace my phone and during this process I met the nicest store associate Yoeric. There was an issue with getting things transferred from my old phone but Yoeric went above and beyond to help me and finally we were able to get my new phone all set up. Yoeric had suggested adding an extra line but at that time I was not looking to add a line. I never forgot the amazing customer service I received with Yoeric so when time came to add another line I went straight to him. He again provided me with first class customer service and advice. The phone I wanted was not available in store so we had to have it shipped to store. When I came to the store to retrieve my phone Yoeric as busy so I had the pleasure of being waited on by David. David could have just handed me my phone and been like have a nice day but he helped set up my phone and all the things I needed it to do. People will always complain when you do something wrong and these men should be recognized for all the things they did exceptionally well. With the first rate customer service I received I will always go back to this store. Thank you guys for all that you did for my family!

I had already contacted ATT previously on the phone and the rep was unable to assist me. I went to the ATT store located in Woodbridge Mall, Woodbridge NJ and the in-store rep Lamar was PHENOMENAL! He not only did exactly what the phone rep told me could not be done, but he fixed my issue with little effort and in record time! IT WAS AWESOME! For that, I will CONTINUE to be an ATT customer! Thanks Lamar!!!

Its fraud store dont go there . They sold me phone on thanks giving saying its going to be free . Its been 4 months still charging me for my phone. Billing department is saying ask the shop. Shop says ask the billing department. I was so happy with verizon. Don't go to ATT its fraud company.

Eric who works there was very helpful and honest. Help me get what I was looking for and not overspend. He also transferred all the data from the old phone quickly and efficiently. I was grateful for his service.

Quick to sell something; but zero effort to set it up. Customer service is lacking. Basically it's kids running the store. Feet propped up and playing on their phones while customers enter and leave unattended. Management isn't there to supervise; or just doesn't care.

As incompetent as other location. Any question you ask they will say they don’t know. And the bill that they show will always be higher than what you get online. If you ask why the difference the response is â€œI don’t know â€œ. Save yourself and don’t use at&t.

Very unprofessional will have you in the stoe for 2 hours and pass you off to at least 3 different people and your new phone still won't be working by the time you get home. All that time just so they could make a sell and not do their job. Poor customer service!
