From time to time I buy a pretzel here, but yesterday I had the rudest chick behind the counter. Short black girl with bleached short hair. I take out my phone to check for rewards. She doesn't even give me the chance to check it, she rings me up and takes my cash and tells me we can check the rewards afterwards. Ummm, OK. So, I show her my reward that I get a $1 off and she says "Sorry, I already rang you up." So, than why did she take my money first when I specifically said to her I wanna check my rewards in my phone. She gets super nasty and starts mocking me "Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever" and starts signaling with her hand "Bye". WOW! With THIS nasty attitude she won't last there long. No wonder they rotate employees there so frequently.

I’ve been to other Auntie Anne’s but this one at Woodbridge Mall. I walk up looking at the pretzels and the guy behind the counter says what do you want ? I say excuse me he says what do you want please. I said to keep my money bye. Will not give any of my money to this one anymore. Bad customer service..

There aren't many things in this world nowadays that you can really feel good about. But this place is one of them. Diana took the time to take my daughters allergy concerns into consideration, made her brand new fresh pretzels, in a separate oven to make sure there was absolutely no chance for cross-contamination. She took those concerns so seriously when most people wouldn't and really went out of her way to make it the best experience possible. Absolutely a customer for life and keep doing amazing things Diana! Thank you so much!

This is the third time I come to this location when the mall opens and they are closed. It’s 11:15 and the older blond lady tells me that they are still closed and will be another 45-50 minutes. So basically they open at 12pm when the mall opens at 11am!?!?!? Last time I’ll come here.

The staff were so sweet and kind! They make the best pretzels ever! The pretzel are so fresh and delicious! I would recommend coming with friends and family! Would definitely come back!!!

Went to the location located upstairs near JCP. The amazing manager was short-staffed with a line down the hall… but she didn’t even do a double take when I asked if she would accommodate my child’s allergies. She made a brand new batch of pretzels, disinfected the tray, used separate tongs, asked me like 15 times if she got the order correct , and smiled the entire time. I felt so blessed to have such a beautiful person take the time out to do that on a busy Sunday afternoon. She is in my prayers and thoughts forever just for that one small gesture. I was truly moved to tears . Praying that God keeps her happy, healthy, and fully staffed so she can continue to do the great work that she does! ❤️

Went to grab a pretzel. Employee was rude. Pretzel was cold and definitely not worth the mo eat. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
