Worst service, they won’t do core disposal and want you to do it on the original store. The store policy states clearly I can return the battery to any store. Zero star!

Not enough workers. Had to work off line waited 10 min. There was one worker stocking shelves should have stopped what he was doing and open another register instead of losing sales.

Today I went in to change my headlights. I always go to this same place because they are always welcoming and assist with what needs to be done with my car. One of the workers today (a man) with glasses was rude when he came out to my car to change my headlights. He didn’t want to open the hood of the car and told me to do it. Huffing and puffing all over . Totally miserable. I mentioned to him I’ve never had to do this before. I’ve always had someone do it for me. Here at this same place. He said “he didn’t want to be responsible for any damage opening the hood”. So he is capable of changing my two headlights but can’t open the hood of my car? Not only did I struggle to open the hood. HE NEVER OFFERED!!!!!! I just asked for my lights back and left. The ladies at the cashier were great. Only upside to this moment. Needless to say, my headlights were never put in.

I had the nightmare experience here this place sell to me a used oil and them when I went to return it the said I’m a liar I was in my car when I saw the bottle open it and this is took me 15 minutes, Im trying return it but they argument to not return it, what happened if I used it in my car? And they are really bad for customer service. Only for $27 dollars Sorry for that but I can’t believe the guy from there! He call me liar he insulted me and invited me to fight this is really really a nightmare experience! 100% sure I never come back to this placeI!! 👎

Girl answers the phone not knowing what we’re talking about. Very common part. Shouldn’t hire people who don’t know shit about car parts or just don’t care to learn. Then lied and said the manager hadn’t even heard of it either. It was in aisle two right by the front. If I could give zero stars I would.

We were stuck across the lot, Freddy the store manager went above and beyond to help us out to get the car started. Helped get us the battery and let us use tools to replace it in the parking lot.
